We found Pop Jackson’s restaurant on a Facebook Marketplace pickup run! We are so glad we did. Portions were huge and the food was good. My son had a hamburger and a chicken sandwich plus fries. Do you know why he had two sandwiches? Because he wanted both and the prices were so reasonable that I could make it happen! I had the fish sandwich and onion petals. In the world of small diners Pop’s has to be one of the best ones. Amazing atmosphere, large portion sizes. Jim is an amazing guy, friendly, and elevates the diner experience. His waitresses are always friendly, provide excellent service, with a smile and a sense of humor. Loved the food, the atmosphere and awesome service. I ordered a breakfast meal for dinner. I got the haystack very delicious, lots of food. If I get it next time I'll ask for two eggs.
