Every time we have ordered from KFC in Salem, Ohio they screw up our order. We live 15 min away and every time they screw it up. We try to trust that these people know what they’re doing and I understand things get busy but it is ridiculous that they always refuse to fix the problem unless with drive all the way back with all of the food and the receipt when I have hungry kids at home. They refuse to offer refunds and are rude every time we call. I am now going to start reporting...read full review
We were here yesterday and I felt I should mention how pleasant and friendly the staff were. The food was as good as always.
