I’ve always loved Lib’s coffee on trips to visit my family, but I’ve never tried their food. This last time, I decided to try something from their small kitchen. WOW! The Koji Cauliflower Melt was mind blowing- so filling, with punchy and perfectly balanced flavors! I was taken aback and would have ordered another if I hadn’t been so full! It’s a must-try!

I’ve been a frequent flyer to Libs for years, and somehow I haven’t left a review. They roast their own coffee beans and that leaves their coffee being the best in town! The vibe is really relaxing and the employees are helpful and friendly. I always look forward to my experiences there!

This was our first time at LiB’s and it did not disappoint! Their hand crafted cappuccinos are SO good. We ordered several breakfast plates and could not believe the quality and taste. So full of flavor and attention to detail. We are bummed we only just discovered this hidden gem after living in Salem for 4 years. Can’t wait to come back!
