I can’t believe they let people like Savannah work in their place, super unprofessional and really rude, I was sitting at Dunkin and she came in to yell at employee, when asked to stop she stated she was working as a manager at Cesar’s and none of them were welcome.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star to this place.Terrible owners/management.AP Expects my daughter to bring in a doctors note stating she didn’t have Covid from 2 weeks ago or she doesn’t get to come back to work.She took 3 tests and they were all negative.You can’t just go to the doctors and expect them to write you a slip from 2 weeks ago??♀️ She’s been sick due to some health problems she’s been having and has been under doctors care.They are a terrible business.My husband and I have have provided toilet paper for the employees because the bosses were informed repeatedly that they had none but didn’t want to buy any and the employees were having to use paper towels to wipe with.Theres is a lot more I could say on the old food products that’s used and more but I’ll just leave it at this for now. they’re just a nasty establishment And if you’re smart, you would not eat there.

I know this place gets bad reviews a lot and I get why but I'll be straight forward with you and this will be long so feel free to read it if you want. There are times the pizza comes out pretty bad by being over cooked, too much sauce, and badly cut. When you go there when the right people are there then the pizza is amazing. Cheese is thick, the dough is cooked very well, and the service is straight forward. Definitely my worst experience was when one woman was working there who only complains Every time I've been there while she worked. There were times I ordered online a whole 15 to 30 but mainly 30 minutes ahead and my order wasn't even started because she spent more time complaining about how hard working is instead of working to make it easier later. I've worked in pizza establishments before with only me and one other person including dine in services and delivery along with pick up and that wasn't that bad but she couldn't even manage making the pick up orders when she worked. I've been seeing fresh faces at little Caesars and since then my orders have been amazing and ready for me when I got there. The older lady there has always been a pleasure to see because she tries her best to keep up with everything making sure every order gets out. Even when your order is running late. I say please understand that they do try their best to keep up and take the time to appreciate the work they do for all of us and also think about the fact that they have bad days too.

Ordered a deep dish online and found out it was cut like bread sticks. Upon trying to eat this found it was undercooked as well. Figured after a few years from the last time I was there they would have gotten better but they have only gotten worse. If I want a little Ceasars again I will go to alliance and never the salem location again

Ordered a deep dish ultimate supreme. Not anywhere close to being cooked. Raw dough through the entire pizza. Wasn't even cooked. No way to contact anyone at store. Phone number is inactive n no way to email this specific store.
