Ordered from them a few times before and didn’t have an issue but ordered tonight and it got delivered 40 minutes after they told me it would be. The food was cold, I asked for the wings extra crispy and they were flimsy. I’m very disappointed, this was my go to pizza place.

Normally enjoy the food there but ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza and the breading was extra doughy definitely not fully cooked didn't turn around to go back because didn't want to have to wait even longer for the food if the order was corrected.

Food was delicious as always, but I wish they'd stop using Slice as the delivery service. There's no record of their driver calling me or knocking; my security cameras have sound and video. My dogs bark like crazy whenever anyone knocks that they do not know. Slice and their customer service is a joke. All I got was a text with a picture of my order. No calls whatsoever; I even double checked my spam folder just in case. They obviously have my number if I got a text about my order! I did forget to add my delivery instructions to the order; so its my bad for sure on that! Shelby was super friendly and professional; offered me a $10 credit, which is far better than the $0 from Slice! But if Slice needs the actual store's approval for refunds, credits, etc; then that says a lot about them BOTH! Very disappointed! 🙁

I just finished my medium pepperoni pizza , the pizza crust was buttery and garlicy and delicious ! The pepperonis were crispy awesome , lots of creamy cheese too , I haven't had a pizza this GOOD in a while !!! Just wanted to say thank you , very good pizza !! The Mushroom and Swiss burger is HUGE , 2 Patties smothered with Swiss cheese and the mushrooms are the BOMB !!! What a GREAT BURGER !!!!!! THANX
The best pizza in Salem, Ohio! They're my go to for deals on all kinds of food. I usually get their Facebook deal of wings, a pizza and bread sticks for like $30. It's super reasonable and the food is always good.

We have been grabbing food here for quite a while. We always order when wings are on a deal, they're delicious, affordable and good sized. They used to be cheaper but obviously the price of everything has gone up so it's understandable. The pizza is decent, seems like a bit of a sweeter sauce. The salads are great and a large size!
They post deals of the day on Facebook so it's good to follow and find out what's on special for a good price. Everyone there has always been friendly and the service is quick and efficient.
