I ordered a medium pizza with garlic sticks a week ago and it was beyond delicious! Ordered some again yesterday for a Halloween party at this location using the $9.99 Game Day Pizza coupon it did not disappoint! Everyone loved it!

Tried to call to place an order for pickup.. papa johns appears to be using an outbound call service in India.. the guy couldn't understand me, I couldn't understand him. Why I can't directly call the store and speak to someone who physically works there is beyond me.
If you're going to use an outbound call service, use an AMERICAN one, not some service from India! Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.
I called Papa John’s to have pizza delivered to a nursing care facility for sisters birthday. Knowing I lived out of state the manager took a personal interest to make sure everything was right. The pizza was delivered on time, was delicious, and correct. Papa John’s went over my expectations. Besides the pizza, they included a card signed by the crew and balloons. This made my sister’s day more special. Thank you.

Food could taste alot better. Last tine I was there heard delivery driver complaining about doordash picking up delivery's, maybe it's because of there poor attitudes or there delivery area does not reach them or the website says unable to deliver. Not a positive environment.

I wasn't even able to place an order. I called to say I had a coupon I'd like to use and the woman I spoke to didn't seem to understand that I hadn't already placed the order, and when I asked her what she was talking about she got irritated with me. Being that I was confused by whatever it was she was trying to convey to me, told her I may need to call back later and that I appreciated it and she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. How difficult is it to imput a coupon for a NEW order, NOT a pre existing order? I only called because I had a coupon. I've never bought from this store before and now I won't even bother next time.

Ordered delivery and my food shows up in the back open bed of a truck. So he couldn't keep the food in the cab? Instead drove a few miles with it in the back so it wasn't even hot anymore. I asked for extra pepperoni and there was nothing extra about it. Asked for multiple extra sauces I didn't get them. When we called the shop .. the manager drove sauces back out but did nothing when I said my food arrived cold in the bed of a pickup truck.
I won't be coming back and instead will just continue with dominos
