the service was horrible and seemed like they lacked experience and personality. we had to keep track of our own drinks and food because the waitress got it wrong (wrong drink, wrong person, wrong table) we won't be going back anytime soon

The food was horrible. My food was served cold and missing some of the ingredients. The waitress told us the cook forgot to add it and was having a bad day. What an excuse!! Manager did not even come to our table. Need to get a manager who cares about their customers. Will never recommend this particular restaurant and I will not return. $85.00 for cold food and poor service.

Waitress had an attitude the entire time. I get people have bad days but im just trying to enjoy a meal with my boyfriend, not feel like im inconviencing you by being there. Place played terrible music. I got the smothered steak skillet. Steak was well done. I couldnt even chew it. Terrible. Waitress didnt even ask me how I wanted it in the first place so I just assumed they cook it a certain way like hibachi. I at least want to be able to chew and taste it for that money! Had to spit it out. "Loaded" baked potato was not loaded. Moz sticks were dry. We asked for ranch for them and they charged us 2 dollars for a 3 oz cup. Ridiculous. The only good thing I liked were the home made chips but wont be coming back.

I ordered online for pickup so that my order would be ready in time for the 1pm Steelers game. A dozen boneless, a bone- in single, and an order of the loaded magna fries. Total with a tip(although why I gave a tip when no one bothered to even check the food) was $50. Upon arriving home, I discover my bone in wings were shorted by 5, and my “loaded” magna fries were loaded on about a 1/4 of them, lukewarm, and the cheese was barely melted. I called to address the issue and Cheryl (spelling?) got the issue fixed with the wings and did absolutely nothing about my lukewarm fries.
If you order takeout l, check your order before you leave, because clearly no one there can be bothered to make sure it’s correct even when you tip them for less than 30 seconds of work.
Summary: Unacceptable service and unacceptable remedies to problems that are brought to their attention. I won’t eat or order from here again.
The Ladies here where just awesome did a great job!!!! Glasses where never empty. They also stop continuously to make sure evrything was ok.

I usually don't care for Wings places, but after how we were just treated at the restaurant up the hill, we gave Quaker Steak and Lube a chance. Boy, was I glad we did!!! The food was amazing, and our server was awesome!!! As soon as she put the appetizer down, I could see how fresh the ingredients were by the smells and how vibrant the colors were! The Salem Quaker Steak and Lube has changed my opinion....at least for this restaurant!!!! We will back FOR SURE!!!!!!!
