Don’t expect any communication with the staff.
Pulled up to the drive through and was greeted. I placed my order…radio silence. All that happened was the total flashing on the screen, then it reset. I said, “hello”? - no response.
Then we pulled around to pick up our order. Got a hello from them, had the CC machine shoved in my face. Then, no other verbal response to my thank you. Order was handed over to me. I said thank you and then they just shut the window.
They weren’t even busy, not sure why I can’t even get simple acknowledgment as a human being. Seriously…

This or the other Coffee specialty shop in Calcutta is my go-to,Cheat day reward. But when I filed a complaint on a recent visit. I was advised that no coupons were available for me at that time? Seriously! I drop $40 to $50 a week at StarBucks. Mail me a coupon. Not a really difficult task.

This an excellent Starbucks. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly explained a few of the options and were patient. We are grateful. The caramel frappe and the mango dragonfruit with lemonade were wonderfully refreshing. This was a pleasant stop before continuing our drive.
Parking: The location is a bit awkward right next to a Sherwin Williams with signs that say Sherwin Williams parking only. It is a quick turning from a busy state route, so the driver needs to be careful or you miss the turning, as we did. Obviously, this location caters to drive thru. I imagine it is very busy during peak times.

A great place to meet your friends and hang out. You get free refills on ice coffee and hot coffee. People work on their computers and others just chill out. I got one of their protein boxes. Tried the pumpkin iced coffee. Great!

EVERY time I specifically state "very light cream" my cold brew is obliterated with cream. My wife just just the same but with regular cream and syrup and her coffee is darker than mine. What do I need to say to get very light cream?!
