So I ordered an $8 menu call the JBC and supposedly it came with a medium drink medium fry and two junior bacon cheeseburgers for all eight dollars that was a lie that was a gimmick cuz I ordered that I didn't get a free drink and I didn't get a second hamburger I had to pay for all that separately

They had run out of apples for the apple pecan salad, only enough sweet tea for one person, only had vanilla for frostys . Each time we have gone there they are out of things. Also looked dirty behind counter and had to wait at least 5 minutes while the checker was filling other orders when I was the only one waiting to order. Not enough help and lack of supplies is a real problem.

The manager who was working may 23 after 11pm had the nastiest attitude!
I placed a mobile order and intended for it to be the Columbiana location, but I accidentally placed it at the Salem location. My app wouldn’t let me cancel it, so I called the Salem Wendy’s to ask for help. The lady I spoke with was so nice. They weren’t able to cancel it from their end, so I asked if I could just have my husband hurry up and drive to their location. She made sure the food wasn’t prepared until he got there so everything would be freshly made. The food was hot and everything was exactly how we ordered it. Thank you to the Salem Wendy’s staff who were working the evening of April 8th. You guys are awesome! I really appreciate the good food, friendly service, and going above and beyond to make sure our dinner was made right.

This Wendy's sucks everytime. I placed a mobile order. In the app, it states I am just to tell them I have a mobile order when I pull through the drive thru and they will make the food when I get here. Well, I told them my name and when I pulled up, they said the food has been made for a while. What?? I said this food is cold and asked to get it remade, bc of this. The lady with the colored hair at the window argued with me and made me feel like it was my fault. Instead of saying sorry or we'll remake this right away, she guilt tripped me. Where's the customer service?! Oh ya. They haven't had good service for years and they screw up orders all the time! I'm done with this restaurant, bc if my money can't make them do their job correctly, then nothing will. Don't go here!!!
PS I've been sitting here in the parking lot for 10 mins waiting for them to bring the remade food out. It's freaking chicken nuggets and fries. And now all of my frosties are melted that they handed me when I got here.
PS Again. I personally had to go into the restaurant and they gave me the cold food again!!!! They lied and said they remade the fries and they were still cold!!! Then I get a smart attitude when she handed me the food. She said in a smart voice have a nice day. So, I got rude right back and cursed at her.
Again! Don't go here!!!!

I've made many many reviews for fast food and restaurants and this location by far takes the cake for being the worst.. The service and management at this location should be studied it's so unprofessional. The food has always either been luke warm or cold, the building looks old, you will sit at the speaker for minutes on end, etc.. Very bad establishment, and corporate needs to can the current management. Very bad look for this Wendy's, absolutely a 0 stars here
