This Wendy's sucks everytime. I placed a mobile order. In the app, it states I am just to tell them I have a mobile order when I pull through the drive thru and they will make the food when I get here. Well, I told them my name and when I pulled up, they said the food has been made for a while. What?? I said this food is cold and asked to get it remade, bc of this. The lady with the colored hair at the window argued with me and made me feel like it was my fault. Instead of saying sorry or we'll remake this right away, she guilt tripped me. Where's the customer service?! Oh ya. They haven't had good service for years and they screw up orders all the time! I'm done with this restaurant, bc if my money can't make them do their job correctly, then nothing will. Don't go here!!!
PS I've been sitting here in the parking lot for 10 mins waiting for them to bring the remade food out. It's freaking chicken nuggets and fries. And now all of my frosties are melted that they handed me when I got here.
PS Again. I personally had to go into the restaurant and they gave me the cold food again!!!! They lied and said they remade the fries and they were still cold!!! Then I get a smart attitude when she handed me the food. She said in a smart voice have a nice day. So, I got rude right back and cursed at her.
Again! Don't go here!!!!

I've made many many reviews for fast food and restaurants and this location by far takes the cake for being the worst.. The service and management at this location should be studied it's so unprofessional. The food has always either been luke warm or cold, the building looks old, you will sit at the speaker for minutes on end, etc.. Very bad establishment, and corporate needs to can the current management. Very bad look for this Wendy's, absolutely a 0 stars here

I ordered an sandwich with no tomato i got tomato. Then the chicken was like a patty I can from the store not a piece of chicken like they normally are. The baconator fries were Luke warm, no silverware or napkins were in the bag. Who eats a baconator fry without a fork?

Every single time I go to the Wendy's in Salem the food is cold yesterday I got a cold breakfast sandwich and today I got the biggie bag for lunch the sandwich fries and nuggets all cold was afraid to eat it didn't want to get sick.It sucks I love in Salem but I'm going to have to start driving to Columbiana to get food PS I worked at a Wendy's for 5 years I know their policies and procedures and it's obvious they don't follow them

Came in 40 minutes before close, ordered 4 meals. The burgers were good, but the fries and nuggets were inedible - they were old, and refried again to make sure they're hot, hard, and extra greasy.

Well a few days ago my wife, grand daughter and I was at this Wendy for a bit of lunch. As we get to the front counter to place our order we noticed a heavy woman in the red shirt (Manager I do believe) was casually yelling and screaming away at another employee and then turned to my family and proceeded to scream at me for trying to simply place my order "while she was talking". Me and my family will never return to this Wendy's and I will be making a formal complaint to the higher ups.
