Some of the folks who work here are absolutely fantastic but the location has to be terribly mismanaged. I've ran into issues with their horrendous time frames rendering their services (typically 30 minutes plus), abhorrent issues every single time we come to eat. Locked out of lobby waiting on mobile order. Lost our Wendy's credits when their system was down. Picking up doordashes here is always a literal nightmare. I struggle to believe there even is management of this location. IF (big IF) you guys exist, please, get it together for the love of all that is Wendys. I COULD GO ON AND ON WITH BAD EXPERIENCE AFTER BAD EXPERIENCE. Please, reformat this branch.

It is never fresh nuggets or fries and just getting your order before 12 minutes pass is nearly impossible if you even get the correct order. I think the training must not have been long enough to put these kids in a new restaurant they are frustrated as well and they talk about it out loud ?Nice polite workers sadly they are overwhelmed and frustrated

After waiting a long time in the drive thru, the food was cold. The fries were pasty and the grilled chicken wrap looked like it was rolled in a ball and it was so dry the wrap was all ripped. The girl was really rude at the window. Probably will not return

I waited behind lnly two cars for 55 mintes! They said words to why that were not understandable. they were freaked out (women manager specially), and they looked freaked ouit, just like a drug house would look. They do NOT answer there phone. I just spent 5 hours trying to call to see if they were participants in the dollar cheese burger-it is a 20 minute drive for me. I am 68. This is the most terrible customer service for any business any where in the world. Unfriendly & incompetant. Tomorow I will call the Pittsburgh regional office they are under in the Salem, Ohio Wendy's and report this... it has been this way for going on two years. Slowest drive thru you will ever use.Parking: great

The food was pretty good, not a big fan of Wendy’s burgers they’re not very good lol but the spicy nuggets and fries were good. We also enjoyed using the fancy Coca-cola machine which is by far the highlight to every Wendy’s. Most old people get really mad at it so we did help him when we were waiting.Also, sometimes Wendy’s has really good deals on the app so we went in and used my birthday reward to get some free stuff. And lastly the staff was kind to us but nothing over the top.

Terrible place to work. I agree with all the bad comments below. I was the grill man, I took the time to read these comments and tried making a change. The GM is a issue, there is adults flirting with underage there, there is cold food being sent out ( besides my burgers, they was always fresh when IM there. Fries and nuggets, I had no control over. This isn't a team work environment. Tbis is a " this is my station, stay at your own area" type job. I was the grill man, and the work.i have to do is more than anyone else, it's easy to do, but it's the fact that night shift isn't doing there part. There's so much not ever cleaned. The bathrooms didn't get cleaned the whole 2 weeks I was there. Lobby sometimes get cleaned. Sometimes. Wish the district manager Tracy reads this and does something. It's all in management. I know.it. I see it.

!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I've lived within a mile of this place for over 3 years and I've gone there maybe 12 times in that span. Purposely, I don't go ofter because every time, my order is wrong. But i like to give people chances so I try back. My order by the way, every time..... Is a big bacon classic, double, no tomato, large with a Dr pepper every last time and they've managed to screw that limited combination 12 straight times in one way or another.Today I ordered the same thing and they gave me a burger in bag, I said I didn't order that, they took the bag and threw in a kids fry and gave the bag back and acted like I was wrong. Oh and the burger, was cheese, 2 patties and bacon, and that's it. Nothing else. Nothing that comes on a Big Bacon Classic. Today was also the first time the fries didn't taste like the fryer oil was older that the fry cook. So that's super positive.I'd suggest not going to this location ever. Not one correct order out of 12 or so in 3 years is pretty bad. Just in case these reviews don't show location, it's the Salem Ohio location. I feel it important to really point out that location because every other Wendy's is on point every single time. I'll give my Wendy's budget to the new Columbiana location.

I stopped there this morning and the young man at the window was very friendly and a pleasure to speak to, I inquired if the manager was in, he tried to get her attention and it seemed like she just brushed him off, then I proceeded to tell the nice young man that I wanted to inquire about any job openings because I heard they were in desperate need of people , he once again tried to get the GM attention and she brushed him off yet again. For a place that is struggling due to lack of staff should be more respectful towards anyone inquiring about a job, because that kind of attitude would make a person run the other way.

got my order wrong after i kept repeating what i ordered and just gave me extra ranch and stuff on my burger after i worded a plain cheeseburger with extra cheese and they were very rude and sassy towards me.

Just waited for 21 minutes to give our order. And that when there was 2 orders in front of us. once we gave the order it only took a few more minutes to get it.drivethrough and door dash takes priority over walk ins thats for sure.
