Absolutely awful service from this location. Drive thru is unreasonably slow. Staff is poorly trained and usually rude. They're also passing off regular iced coffee as nitro cold brew. Waste of time and money IMO.

Absolutely zero customer service!!!!!!! I understand it’s hard to find help but this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I ordered a large drink got medium then after 10 minutes I get a small!!!! How does this happen!!!! Had to go inside to get I correct. Try harder !!!

Terrible service, my wife got snapped at by an employee when she made the wrong drink. Same employee was yelling at others, and stormed off to the back. Won't be visiting this location again.

use to love this location but the staff has gone way down hill. They are rude most the time and they haven't been open the last 2 times I've been there before 8pm which is what the signs on their doors say they are open till. Today I was told"yeah we close at 6" no apology or anything that I placed an online or to pick up at 7 the night before and they were closed, when I went to pick it up. Instead she seemed bothered to have to make my order I had already paid for and couldn't get the night before

I usually don’t do this and NEVER complain however stood to be waited for 10 min. Order a latte and oatmeal.... 15 min for latte ( fine whatever). 20 for oatmeal and it was soup, took it to counter and they said that’s how it is with an eye roll... they did give me my money back.. that was the only plus.
