Didn’t want a drink with my meal. There’s not an option for no drink so the manager told the worker to just do a large sweet tea. Which raises the price lol. They forgot to give me my sauce and I asked for one and they wanted to charge me for it. Literally was willing to go through the trouble of ringing up a 25 cent sauce that they forgot to give me!! Food was also cold. My visit left a lot to be desired

Waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes… never received a receipt at the pay window.. got to the second window got my drinks and was asked to pull foward.. there were already so many cars pulled foward I couldn’t go anywhere.. I sat and waited for my food only for the worker to give my order to the guy sitting behind me.. who was also pulled up waiting.. he brought the wrong order to my window… long story short if you can’t keep the orders straight STOP pulling everyone foward.. slow down and pay attention to what is going on.. icing on the cake my order was still wrong

Always order Fish Filet sandwich extra cheese and tartar sauce and they never put extra anything but give me my order. Refusing to go to this location again!! Paying for food and not getting what you ask for is pathetic.

Stopped in for a quick meal while out Ohio road tripping. Definitely can't bet the $5 meal deal. But we waited forever for our food in the lobby, and then the frys were less than hot.

I ordered food thru drive thru and I seen them hand food to another car and went back in then came back out with a bag of food tried to hand it to me but wasn’t mine then went back to the one car and I seen the woman with a sandwich container open telling them that it was made wrong then the guy took the bag of food back and brought it to me and said it was mine I looked in it and the fries were moved and sandwiches open I told him I wanted new food and he said he didn’t know if they could do that then when they brought me more food forgot half of it

I honestly don't know how these people walk and breathe at the same time. How do you get the order wrong every time? Not just once, not just twice every time I've come through this McDonald's, and I try to make it a point not to they get the order wrong or the food is cold, but you can guarantee. You're going to be waiting pulled forward in the drive-through. It's a bunch of nasty teenagers who stink running the place alongside a toothless manager who is absolutely so classy. Something really needs to be done about the business quality of this place. Moral of the story. I will not be doing business here anymore.

Just got ice cream cones but the prices have gone up the size seem a lot smaller for the price I could have went to a ice cream shop and got same size cone but more ice cream
I think it's ironic that people have one minor inconvenience and find an excuse to leave a 1-star review. Every time I order here everything is made very well for it being a commercialized fast food restaurant, people have unrealistic expectations and when they are uncooperative it makes it harder for the employees to get their jobs done. Quit throwing fits for having to pull people forward, you have to wait for your food to be made regardless!

Where do we start? Got a burger 🍔 it was COLD! not even warm! and fries 🍟 warm not hot, lady said be careful those fries are hot Wrong. Caramel Frappe was good 😊. Service was slow.
