Always order Fish Filet sandwich extra cheese and tartar sauce and they never put extra anything but give me my order. Refusing to go to this location again!! Paying for food and not getting what you ask for is pathetic.

Stopped in for a quick meal while out Ohio road tripping. Definitely can't bet the $5 meal deal. But we waited forever for our food in the lobby, and then the frys were less than hot.

I ordered food thru drive thru and I seen them hand food to another car and went back in then came back out with a bag of food tried to hand it to me but wasn’t mine then went back to the one car and I seen the woman with a sandwich container open telling them that it was made wrong then the guy took the bag of food back and brought it to me and said it was mine I looked in it and the fries were moved and sandwiches open I told him I wanted new food and he said he didn’t know if they could do that then when they brought me more food forgot half of it

I honestly don't know how these people walk and breathe at the same time. How do you get the order wrong every time? Not just once, not just twice every time I've come through this McDonald's, and I try to make it a point not to they get the order wrong or the food is cold, but you can guarantee. You're going to be waiting pulled forward in the drive-through. It's a bunch of nasty teenagers who stink running the place alongside a toothless manager who is absolutely so classy. Something really needs to be done about the business quality of this place. Moral of the story. I will not be doing business here anymore.

Just got ice cream cones but the prices have gone up the size seem a lot smaller for the price I could have went to a ice cream shop and got same size cone but more ice cream

I think it's ironic that people have one minor inconvenience and find an excuse to leave a 1-star review. Every time I order here everything is made very well for it being a commercialized fast food restaurant, people have unrealistic expectations and when they are uncooperative it makes it harder for the employees to get their jobs done. Quit throwing fits for having to pull people forward, you have to wait for your food to be made regardless!

Service was friendly, food was not, I don't expect much from McDonald's or any fast food for that matter but the food I received today did not even meet the low bar set for this chain.
STOP PULLING EVERY CAR FORWARD JUST TO MAKE YOUR DRIVE THRU TIME LOOK BETTER. I will keep reporting you to corporate every time you do this. Everyone’s over it. The manager or whoever is doing that needs to be fired!!!!

Where do we start? Got a burger 🍔 it was COLD! not even warm! and fries 🍟 warm not hot, lady said be careful those fries are hot Wrong. Caramel Frappe was good 😊. Service was slow.

Never open on time I have work everytuesday atv6 am and sat until 5 20 at mcdonalds with no answer or response on the intercom. This is the 4th time they have not been open on time or had the courtesy to let us know!

This place has to have the most incompetent workers of any McDonald's I have ever been in. The first time we ordered 2 of the $5 meals in the drive-thru..it was about 8 pm. We were asked to pull forward behind the truck already waiting. About 10 min. Later a girl walked out with 2 bags and gave them to the truck in front of us and walked back inside. About 5 minutes later she came out with a couple of her buddies and they were on break. About 10 min. Later my fiancé went in to find out where our food was. They gave it to the truck in front of us. We decided to give them another chance at breakfast time. I asked for well-done sausage. I specified it again when we paid..when we got to the pick-up window they were waiting with the bag...I asked well done right? Guess what... it was barely done. No more chances for this place. Lazy incompetent people don't get my money.
