Moved to Adams County a few years ago and this quickly became my go to pizza place. Recently I called a day ahead about placing an order for a birthday party. Austin was SUPER helpful- he answered all my questions and gave me the best deal he could. My order was correct upon pickup, even with several customizations. Snappys, but especially this location, is the best around!

I placed my delivery order at 6:03 pm. When placed it was a 40 minute delivery time. At 6:59 I called the store and it was voiced to me that my order was leaving the restaurant. I called again at 7:30 pm and it was voiced to me that the order was on its way and that they were making multiple stops. Normally I am very understanding when it comes to wait times, but when I received my food at 7:43 pm and everything was freezing cold I was not happy especially after the one hour and forty minute waiting period

I feel like you know what you're ordering from Snappy's when you go there. The food isn't Michelin level, but it's good and they have some good deals. Everyone I spoke with was nice and courteous.

Pizza was burnt not there fault probably the oven had there big pepperoni pizza to die for had a medium

Ordered only two subs and both were made wrong. Here's a photo of my steak that was supposed to be well done with extra cheese.

Ordered my usual large garden salad, expecting my usual large garden salad. I ordered and paid for an extra packet of dressing. What I got is a pathetic nightmare. Two dressings, not the third one that I paid for. One sad packet of broken crackers. Where the salad is normally very fresh looking and tasting and filled to the top (as it should be for the price), this looks anything but appetizing, complete with dry looking grilled chicken. Never, ever have I EVER received black olives on my salads from Snappy's and I happen to despise them and what do I see generously spread all over the salad? Black olives. Hardly any green pepper or onion, but plenty of the nasty black olives! I work overnights. This salad went straight to the fridge in its delivery bag for me to grab before work. Imagine my disgust and disappointment at seeing this mess instead of the normally green, fresh, thoughtfully constructed salad. The presentation was like someone just threw it together for an animal. Sad, when I was learning how to work in restaurants, my best managers would tell us to never serve a meal we wouldn't want to sit down to ourselves. I cannot imagine who would want this. The inconsistency of product from your store is very high. In this economy, it isn't a great idea to alienate your customers.
I wish I could attach photos!!! This is such an insulting plate. Not fit for hogs. It really looks like someone's leftovers from two days ago. The disgusting black olives are even wrinkled! GROSS AND INCREDIBLE. I want my money back. I will take it to the new pizza joint at the other end of town. Boo, hiss, Snappy's! Do better

I honestly think I heard the staff talk about being out of pepperoni. I ordered the “snapperoni” pizza and only had 3 or 4 slices. I wish they had just let me know so I could have ordered something else. First time customer. Disappointing.
