The guys working in there are awesome and super friendly, the food is great, we love the chicken strips and wedges!! Last time I was in the staff was super awesome and even talked with me about motorcycles while I waited

Absolutely horribly run business. Will deliver 10-15 miles one direction but only 5 miles the other. And takes 1-2hrs for delivery cause of only 1 delivery driver most nights

Love their food pizza is always good but they need to replace their workers if they want continued business. Both experiences are unpleasant. Call to place an order over the phone and they answer by saying “HeLLO.?!?” Uhm excuse me I didn’t know I was calling McDonald’s… walk in and there’s never Welcome atmosphere. Understand there are mostly men employed but definitely could use an attitude adjustment or maybe would work better at McDonald’s.

ORDERED AT 5:21,PM FOR DELIVERY AND WAS ADVISED IT MAY TAKEUP TO AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY...I WAS FINE WITH THAT BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND STAFF AND BEING BUSY WILL DEFINITELY ALTER THESE TIMES. ONE AND A HALF HOUR LATER I CALLED TO ASK WHY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WAS INFORMED MY ORDER WAS JUST NOW BEING PLACED IN THE OVEN. I ABSOLUTELY HATE GIVING BAD REVIEWS ESPECIALLY TO LOCAL STORES BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE'VE GOT VERY LITTLE AROUND HERE THAT DELIVERS AND DOUGH BOYS HAS BEEN STELLAR UP TO THIS POINT. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED AS THIS BUSINESS HAS BEEN GREAT ?!?!

Ordered from the Buffalo location while staying at Seneca Lake...the food was very good, the staff was friendly, and they delivered right to our site...excellent all around!

We added a tip for delivery and then found out they couldn't deliver and then said they couldn't refund our tip back and the man was extremely rude. He thought we was because we were trying to explain why we didn't want to give them the tip for delivery for us to pick it up. We ordered alot there no more business from us.

It's a very respectful and food was everything I was expecting hope in for I would definitely revisit any time I'm in town.
