Food is delicious, a bit expensive, but worth the flavor. Only gave 4 stars because when I walked into the restaurant, I stood there for a good five minutes before someone took my carry out order. There was an Asian guy that was at the front that immediately went into the back. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. However the server that assisted me was very pleasant. I will probably try them one more time. I had the 10 plain wings with the cole slaw and sauce on the side.

I’ve been a loyal Bonchon customer for years, but this experience completely ruined my perception of their quality. I ordered my usual chicken katsu, and all three portions were unacceptable. The katsu itself was darkened, with the breading on the outside burnt and the chicken inside dry and overcooked. It was barely edible.
This isn’t the first time, either, my last order was so overcooked it was blackened and nearly impossible to chew. I gave it a pass thinking it was a one-time mistake, but clearly, it’s not. What makes it worse is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there shouldn’t have been any rush or excuse for this lack of care.
I drove a long way and spent good money, only to be met with a meal that no one should have considered acceptable before packing. It’s disappointing and frustrating to see such a decline in quality. Sadly, after this, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

They had THE slowest service for takeout. We waited a whole hour. When I asked any updates on the food the hostess didn’t tell me anything. Poor customer service. Will not be coming here again. I do not recommend unless you want to wait around forever with no consideration or even a simple “sorry for your wait”. Rude staff.

Used to be my favorite spot when I moved here. Anymore the menu has gotten so small and the things they do have are all so overpriced that I cant justify coming here anymore. I have genuinely been waiting weeks for the korean corndog to come back, its on their menu but hasnt been able to be ordered in weeks... what has happened to such a yummy place in such short time..?

This place used to be great, wow does it look awful. The landscaping is out of control, the patio falling apart. Stopped at the bar, only had 2 white wine options available in stock off their menu. Air conditioning was either broken or not on, it was over 80 degrees in those and stuffy!! Never going back!!

Fantastic Korean chicken and other traditional Korean fare. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the Seven Hills/Parma/Broadview area. The chicken is absolutely delicious. All the sauces are great. If you like heat, there are several good options. If you're not into spicy food, the garlic soy sauce is still amazing. Cold draft beer, a full bar and lots of TVs. It's usually not very busy.
I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but no one showed up or even acknowledged the pickup arrangement. It was very disappointing and frustrating, especially since I planned my schedule around it. I hope they can improve their communication and reliability in the future.

I was missing some items in my take out bag and tried to call them multiple times to let them know if the missing items in my bag since I live 30 minutes and wanted to see if they can issue a refund. I called multiple times almost 10 times and was hung up on twice, and at one point, they answered and l could hear them put the phone down on the counter and leave me there listening to the restaurants background music, I kept saying hello and I could hear someone laughing, I get it that I was calling at 9:40pm and you close at 10 but you should always, always answer the phone. Thats so disappointing because the food was pretty good, but get someone else to run your phones, because that's ridiculous. If this is how they treat people on the phone, why would I ever want to dine in? Will not be eating from here again and I want my money back for the missing items.

As a Korean, I used to really like this place, but the service has gotten a lot worse. The restaurant was messy, and even the plates weren’t clean. My favorite dish, the chicken katsu, doesn’t taste the same anymore it was overcooked and just bad and side rice was like a paper. I really don’t want to come back.

Everything I had tasted great. My only complaint is that the bone in wings are puny. If you want better value get the strips. It was my first time there so maybe the drums and boneless wings are a good value too but my friend had the strips and he had plenty to eat. But the bone in wings will leave you hungry.
