The wings we started with were perfectly cooked unfortunately they were out of the sauce we wanted to try but still so good. The fries were perfect. The Korean corn dog was amazing. Tacos were just okay, they were mostly lettuce and slaw but the little meat they had was very tender and delicious but it felt more like the vegetables were taking over. The rice cakes dish was a 12/10 piping hot and unique! No kids menu or kids drinks with lids. The service started out rocky and she warmed up and was so nice! The music was very loud and FULL of cuss words I was honestly surprised for it being lunch hour definitely not appropriate for kids, very trendy music just not the clean version. With that said I’m so glad we tried it next time we go we will not take our kids.
Vegetarian options: I’m sure you could make things vegetarian if you asked.
Parking: Perking wasn’t an issue.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu or kids cups with lids and the music is extremely vulgar with toooons of foul language and very loud. I wouldn’t take my kids back.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking out front and tables that are accessible.

Having lived and ate in South Korea for 3 years, I can safely say this place pales in comparison. They got some of the flavors right. It's basically the Americanized version. However, for someone who has never been to SK or an authentic Korea restaurant, this passes.
The best chicken I've ever had in my life was in SK. This chicken was pretty darn good and HUGE. The bulgogiI french fries were very good. (9 of 10) The chicken tacos were HUGE with great big chunks of chicken, and the sauce was sooooo good. (8.5 of 10) I only wish there had been a smidgen more. Coleslaw was good. The one thing that you don't get in SK is the huge glasses of refillable soda.
Overall, it was well worth the visit, and you get great food for dollar value.

The atmosphere is great having a chill and drinking beer. Even they have a Karaoke for a birthday party or something like that.

If you want to try Korean chicken in the Cleveland area, this is by far the best place. The drumsticks are huge and seasoned well, making them perfect for chicken and beer. A place that shows the pride of Korean chicken.. I highly intend to visit again.

The server was great, shout out to Ashley . Very accommodating. I am very disappointed in the quality of food . This spot used to be phenomenal and they got lazy and cheap and it shows . Forgive me , I know you guys can be better and I want you to be better and go back to what you were. You guys can do it !! Bring back the old Bonchon!!

Drove 40 minutes to try this place and was really looking forward to it. The food was super tasty, but our server was horrible. Waited 30+ mins for food when we were one of the only tables, had to ask another server for refills, server never checked in on us because she was too busy chatting the whole time. Extremely annoyed about how the server treated us.

Only KFC in Cleveland. Come try it out if you’ve never had Korean fried chicken. They need more servers though during the weekends, our fired chicken came out cold due to lack of service.
When I first moved to the area these guys were my go-to. Now the menu is lacking old items/variety. Servings are way smaller (i.e. the chicken fried rice used to FILL the container, now it seems half filled...) but the prices have gone up for most items. Unfortunate, shrinkflation sucks.

No. No no no no. Absolutely not. My husband picked up to wings to go. These things are a joke. They are TINY. Wide as a pencil. No meat. Just a little crispy skin and bone. This is the same order we usually place except this time I’m STARVING after finishing my food. I just paid $1.60 PER WING before tax for some bones, skin and literally ten bites of actual chicken. So $1.60 per BITE of chicken. now I’m going to have to make myself dinner. NOT ok. I should’ve gone with my husband to pick them up so I could’ve checked the food. I would’ve returned them immediately. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from customers
