Love love love Mr. Hero. These nice people split up (packed sauce/tomato separately) and carefully packed 5 roman burgers so I could take them to Las Vegas for my nephew. Couldn't have been more helpful.

TLDR-they attempted to reheat old fried mushrooms but didn't reheat them long enough to even warm them, then would only replace them if we drove back immediately.Our local Mr Hero has always been average, so we always returned. This last time we received ice cold fried mushrooms for our take out order; found out once we got home. Called to request a replacement for that item at a later date. Put on hold and heard last telling someone (owner or manager) that we were not happy with our mushrooms bc they were "not fresh". She came back and said we can come back up and they will give us new ones, which was ok, but we were not packing the kids up (preschooler and baby) and driving 20 min round-trip for some $3 mushrooms. They would only replace them if we came right then. My wife told me she watched the lady put our mushrooms in the frier and take them out less-than 5 seconds later. Mr Hero is good, but not returning to this location. If they don't want to bother with properly compensating customers for their own error, them they must not care enough to keep those customers.

I have been going to this location for a while now. Hasn’t been great. But this last time was HORRIBLE ! I ordered 2 subs, one chicken Philly, the other tuna. When I got home the tuna was nothing but onion and tomato, VERY LITTLE tuna. Took it back and it was remade but again not much tuna again. My husband’s chicken Philly had chicken in the middle and nothing on the ends. Way to expensive for want you get ! Too many sub shops around to settle for a terrible sandwich. Save your money !!Parking: Posted signs for other businesses makes it a long walk.

I purchased dinner from Mr Hero in Seven Hills last night. I was impressed with the quality of the cooked to order Roman Burgers. I ordered one without cheese and it was made without cheese, and marked on the label. The store was clean, and the staff friendly and competent. At other fast food restaurants my cheese-less sandwich's usually have cheese and I have to bring them back, I have even been told why are you upset we didn't charge you for the cheese. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

They did a great job honoring a coupon that was declined on their pos. Hint, get extra cheese on the hot butter cheeasesteak. Thank you for taking care of the customer

Food is always good, last time I was there used a debit card and noticed the receipt was off by 23 cents. I'm assuming there was an added fee. When I go back I'll will see if I can find out why.

My order was not picked up from door dash. My food sat there for nearly 40 minutes. I tried to get a refund from them, but they refused. Had to get Doordash involved, my order was suppose to be REMADE! When my food finally arrived, My sandwiches were heat lamp warm, they were awful. I will never order from this location again.
