Never order for take away or delivery. They will forget something half the time and then refuse to either correct the error or refund the charge. It's a typical Panera otherwise, but they are awful at getting orders right and seem content to steal money when it's called out.

Panera earned a 1 Star on Atmosphere because, as I ate my lunch on a VERY cold Fall day, two separate women left the restaurant via the EMERGENCY EXIT. These people left a few minutes apart, and they were not together.
Needless to say, the blast of cold air from the EMERGENCY EXIT, on both occasions, destroyed the atmosphere. It was clear that those two selfish and entitled individuals could not care less about anyone other than themselves.
What surprised me is that there wasn’t at least a “ding” or an audible alert of some sort. You would think that the manager would want to know what was going on with the EMERGENCY EXIT and would investigate: is it just lazy patrons (as in this case), or is there a true emergency that the manager should be alerted to(?). An audible alert might also serve to discourage (perhaps embarrass?) the people who believe that rules only apply to others, and not to them.
PLEASE enforce the rules, Panera!

When you order dine in a restaurant, staff put your order in a boxes (to go), because they short on stuff.

Ordered half a chicken southwest salad and it was delicious and satisfying. And affordable. Everyone was friendly. Mc Donald's discontinued all their salads. This was right down the street. I now have a new place to go to for salads. The sandwiches and subs look good too.
Even if you order online on Panera Bread's website they will redirect it to a third party delivery system like door Dasher Uber eats. But your order history will not show up through doordash or Uber eats only panera. So if you end up having any issues with your order like I did, there's no way to Dispute it through the third party app.
I ordered soup and a sandwich for delivery waited an hour and then called panera to see where my sandwich was. Spoke to the manager several times. No help at all. I was told I needed to contact the third party delivery site, Which at the time I wasn't even aware that my order was delivered through something else. Turns out they delivered it to the wrong house. My food sat outside for nearly an hour outside of One of my neighbors houses. If they would have sent me a photo of what house I could have figured it out earlier and still been able to eat my food. The manager did absolutely nothing. I called back again after not being able to find the order through Uber or door dash. I called Uber and doordash and neither one could find the order. So now I'm just out this money because somebody messed up. I will never spend another dollar with panera after experiencing that horrible time with that manager.
I used the correct address. And I stayed in contact with them. For them to offer to do nothing to fix the problem is disgusting.
Next call It's to corporate.

Bought the 13 pack of bagels with cream cheese pack today for a Father's Day brunch.( ordered online for pick up). Got home to find we only had 8 bagels..had to return to the store to pick up the other 5, 3 of which were uncooked plain( I wish I could post you a picture to show you them.)...so disappointed and embarrassing for my guests.( My husband's favorite is the plain...happy fathers day?) If I wasn't so busy with my company, I would go up and take them back. We won't be going back. anytime soon!!

Strawberry salad not a lot of chicken but plentiful I didn't like no choice but to use kiosk to order the cashier or desk people (3) definitely told me to use kiosk to order and pay . But food was good

Extremely poor service here. I ordered bacon mac and cheese and I only received the regular mac and cheese but I paid for the bacon. Put on my order that I wanted utensils they did not give me any. When I went in to let them know they forgot my utensils I was given metal utensils for my to-go order. When I called in to let them know that they messed up my order and gave me only mac and cheese and not the bacon mac and cheese bread bowl, they were kind enough to replace the two orders. However I did not speak with the manager I spoke with somebody else there the manager did not want to talk to me after she was the one who handed me the metal utensils for my order. I just signed up for my Panera account. This was my first experience. And this is most likely my last time eating at Panera bread. I'm pretty sure it's probably better at other locations but I would recommend everybody to stay away from this location.
