The weather was pretty crummy (5:30 pm) on my way home so I stopped to wait out the storm. I was really disappointed by the quality of the service and food at this location. I was looked at by 2 staff (who didn’t notify anyone I was there) before a third one saw me and came over. She was nice. The bread bowl was mostly bread, very little soup—my fault for ordering a bread bowl, but I was genuinely surprised by how little soup was in it and won’t make that mistake again.
When I went up to order again (a to-go order), I experienced the same lack of urgency from staff—just stood there for 5 minutes with no interaction. Mind you, it’s not busy and their mobile orders were minimal. Most of the staff were just standing and playing on their phones. I was noticed by at least 3 people before someone came over to take my order.
It’s Panera, I don’t expect perfection. But it’s also customer service and working in customer service myself, I’m surprised how this team treats customers.

The food is good, but every time we come here it takes a long time to get the food. The last time I was here they asked me several times what I ordered and it took so long I truly thought about just leaving the order so I could make it to work on time. (I was there for about 26-30 minutes). The morning pick up seems like they need more help. Probably won’t come back to this one in the morning.

It’s nice when you can order on a kiosk and just sit down. Especially if you’re on a work call. Food is consistently good, and the manager walked around and checked on our table.

Half the menu not available! Sold out
10:00 and all the coffee containers were empty
Girl behind the counter was very courteous but just as frustrated as I and the other customers.
Sadly, this isn’t the only Panera performing poorly, Sandusky is the all time worst but Seven Hills is aggressively trying to catch up.

Stopped in on Saturday 7/19 for a 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich to go. Was on my way to Seven Hills home days. The order took 26 minutes to make. When I found my spot for the band concert, I pulled out the salad and there was NO SALAD DRESSING. SANDWICH had no spread of any kind.
While I was waiting at Paneta the 2 gents behind the counter were standing and laughing and not doing much of anything. I spent $18 on this order. NEVER AGAIN

This location might be alright, but some of the people in it, specifically ones operating/managing it aren't IMHO. Definitely won't be giving this location any of my money. When people know what you do for a living, how you treat people in AND outside of work can reflect on a particular business, or certainly influence someone's decision making when choosing a spot for a meal.

I can't talk so I have to write everything on my phone. It was closing time and the little kid manager was standing there when I handed my phone to the girl staying I wanted a broccoli cheddar bread bowl a large she said the bread bowl is the large . I have a thumbs up. He hollars it to the girls over on the soup side as a bowl. The rang it up as a bowl when I asked were the sourdough was they told me I did not pay for that. Dude you were standing right there and reading my message of what I wanted. So he refused to make it right. He said that's what you paid for that's all you get. So I texted I wanted a refund. He got so pissed off and when I confronted the girl at counter she laughed and walked to the back. Am I crazy for thinking they should have made it right? I mean I wrote it out in black and white and they both saw it yet neither even acted like they remembered it. He called it out wrong but called it out and did not even acknowledge that. Her laughing because I was pissed off about it and annoyed he had to do a refund. When none of it was my fault. Would it not have been good customer skills to just fix it. It's a bread bowl not just a cup of soup it's not a lot money or a lot to fix it. This is why Everytime I come here they screw it up. But I can't eat or hardly swallow so I wanted warm soup. Won't make that mistake again. People own up to your wrongs and fix the problems to keep customers coming back.I am over this place I won't come back. I don't due rude or disrespect. And the last now 3 times it has been

Never order for take away or delivery. They will forget something half the time and then refuse to either correct the error or refund the charge. It's a typical Panera otherwise, but they are awful at getting orders right and seem content to steal money when it's called out.

Please clean the floors, it's very dirty.
Panera earned a 1 Star on Atmosphere because, as I ate my lunch on a VERY cold Fall day, two separate women left the restaurant via the EMERGENCY EXIT. These people left a few minutes apart, and they were not together.
Needless to say, the blast of cold air from the EMERGENCY EXIT, on both occasions, destroyed the atmosphere. It was clear that those two selfish and entitled individuals could not care less about anyone other than themselves.
What surprised me is that there wasn’t at least a “ding” or an audible alert of some sort. You would think that the manager would want to know what was going on with the EMERGENCY EXIT and would investigate: is it just lazy patrons (as in this case), or is there a true emergency that the manager should be alerted to(?). An audible alert might also serve to discourage (perhaps embarrass?) the people who believe that rules only apply to others, and not to them.
PLEASE enforce the rules, Panera!
