Once upon a time, this place was our go-to spot for family gatherings and friend hangouts. But alas, all good things must come to an end, including our patronage. On our latest adventure, a party of 10 strong, we dialed ahead like responsible adults to ensure they could handle our crew. Things started off as smooth as butter on a hot skillet - delicious food, flowing drinks, and laughter echoing through the halls. But hold onto your hats, folks, because here comes the twist ending. As we bid farewell and slipped a little something extra to our bartender pal, we were treated to a surprise encore performance. One of the waitstaff decided to showcase his unique talent - interpretive dance, café edition. Yes, you guessed it, kicking imaginary field goals right in our direction. I couldn't help but wonder if we had stumbled into a hidden camera prank. Was Ashton Kutcher lurking in the kitchen, waiting to yell 'You've been punk'd!'? Alas, no such luck. It was just our luck to witness the birth of a new dance craze: the disgruntled waiter shuffle. This incident left a sour taste in our mouths and tarnished what would have otherwise been a pleasant evening. Sadly, such unprofessional behavior has soured my opinion of this establishment, and I can no longer recommend it to others. Customer service should extend beyond the table, and this establishment has a lot to learn in that regard.

Nicely appointed Mexican restaurant with a wide variety of items. The salsa was not up to typical standards, but the food is spot on and the chips were nice. Prices seem comparable to other Mexican restaurants.

If you're looking for real authentic Mexican food this is the best place in Cleveland. The restaurant itself makes you feel like you're in Mexico unless you look out the window. Very generous portions. The mood is very light and festive.

Terrible! Waiter was nice. Food was bland! Later, the manager stated she was doing two things at once and charged me 2x. Charged 41.00. I was inconvenience and had to wait to see if the transaction was cleared. Meanwhile, I'm out of my money. The nonchalant attitude from the Manger( Ana Arellano)on her mistake made the situation worse. I will never come here again.
Always amazing!! Didn't get pictures but the bacon wrapped shrimp, stuffed with jalapeno and cheese is amazing!!!!

Never again! The server was very nice. However, the manager decided to charge me 2x. She reported she was doing 2 things at once and charged my credit card. I was furious because she never tried to rectify it. She rude and nonchalant shrugging jer shoulder.
