Any and every time I come the service is HORRIBLY SLOW. I ordered a six piece chicken and they made a four piece so now I have to wait for two more pieces of chicken to be cooked. Like the food isn’t made to order and this is ridiculous. Then the staff was getting mixed up cause there were a nice amount of people waiting and started yelling because they were messing up. NEVER AGAIN and this was for my son thank goodness. SMH

The fries were old and stale. No whip topping on the shake. This is the only DG that we have issues with.

Went through the drive thru today, ordered med hot fudge Sundae & large strawberry sundae. Both were mediums, the strawberries were frozen solid, no strawberry syrup & the fudge just had one stripe of syrup. Also no spoons or napkins. Every time I say "never again" bc they rarely get it right. I'm just gonna go to Bellaire DQ from now

How you gonna wear shirts advertising flipping the blizzard upsidedown and then serve me a blizzard that looks like soup ?? Then tell me it's because of the caramel in it. I order the same blizzard every time. I should have told her to flip it upside down. My daughter-in-law has a video of one she got that looks like soup too. Totally unacceptable!
I hate to leave bad reviews but I cannot even be apologetic, because this has, time after time, been the worst DQ in the valley for my personal experiences. Driving through town today my husband decided to stop and get us treats. I ordered a small blizzard. My blizzard was complete soup. I basically needed a straw to consume it and that's not even being dramatic. Our business will, for the future, continue to go elsewhere.

A 1980's model intercom makes for a difficult order on both ends. I recommend parking and walking up to the front of the shop to place your order.
