The food was good But the drive through window is on the opposite side. In other words you should have a passenger with you to receive what you order because the pick up window is on the passenger side, not driver's side. I had to get out of my car and go to the pick up window in order to get my order. Kinda crazy! Never seen that before.
We ordered two double cheeseburgers, fries and one chili dog with mustard. We received two regular cheeseburgers (not doubles) fries and the chili dog with honey mustard. In addition, even though we had a chili dog and two very sloppy burgers (and I mean that in a good way) we did not receive any napkins. Fortunately, we had mustard and napkins in the car. I'm kind of disappointed in the Shadyside Dairy Queen I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket with extra toast extra gravy my gravy was watery my chicken strips were burnt I guess I will have to try them again in the future making a suggestion at the time ordering I don't want watery gravy and I don't want my chicken strips burnt
