Usually great service, however today they must’ve hired a new person who struggled to get a two coffee order right(same flavor) and when they handed us the coffee they didn’t know which one was almond milk or regular milk. Anyone working in the food industry should be educated on allergies.
Biggby Coffee is my daily dose of joy. From the moment you walk in, the energy is warm and welcoming — no pretentious baristas, just real people who know how to make a killer cup. The menu is stacked with wild drink combos (hello, Teddy Bear latte and Banana Split freeze), and they actually taste as good as they sound. Walked in, only customer at the counter. Waited 10 minutes to order my coffee and another 10 minutes to get it. Definitely need more staff on a Saturday morning. One worker was complaining how sticky the floor was. The poor baristas (who remained pleasant even while overwhelmed) were too busy taking and making orders to clean up messes, which is why more workers would sure help.
