Best Chipotle I’ve been to in awhile. Kid serving me was SUPER friendly and fast! He also made the biggest burrito I’ve had at Chipotle since early 2000’s!!! Like they’re supposed to be made! Would definitely come back

Apparently at this location if you order online and ask for extra because maybe the bowl you got before had next to nothing in it - it’s really telling the people making your food to either go extremely light or don’t add it at all. This is 2 orders in a row where I ask for extra something and get next to absolutely nothing in my bowl.
Will not be coming back to this location - only gets worse with every order. $10 for 3 pieces of chicken small amount of rice and no cheese! Smh.

Rude Person greets you when you walk in tells you in a rude manner they are out of things, mind you it’s 7pm dinner time is full affect for sny restaurant. Poor management to be out at 7pm on a friday, even worse management considering this is a regular thing. my lady and i were trying to decide if we wanted to continue to pay for half ass food, then the person at the front rudely interrupted and asked “do you plan on getting anything?” 0/10 service, 0/10 management, 0/10 atmosphere.

Went to Chipotle W. River Rd. Elyria for a burrito and NO BLACK BEANS! A Chicken, corn, and cheese burrito ain't the same. Disappointing, next time I'll just go to the Taco Bell next door! UPDATE: 12/22/25 Went to the Sheffield Village Store today and the Black Beans and Pinto Beans had been MASHED! I announced in no uncertain terms that I would not be having that sludge in my Burrito. I was told that it would be 5 minutes, which was actually 15. The Burrito turned out fine with the proper ingredients. I love Black Beans, I just happen to like chewing them myself!

The food was okay, too many young people talking amongst each other instead of helping each other witch made service slow and what bothered me most was the dine in area was very dirty with trash cans being full to the hilt and where you order your food area was a mess.

Forgot the guac, mild and medium salsa. I ordered extra rice, salsa and steak and this bowl weighs about half the size it usually does. The underside of my bowl is dirty with food from other orders that were being made. At this point I’m driving out of my way to go to Avon. I can either stand in line at this location for 45 minutes and watch one person serve customers by themselves, or I can order online and have it be wrong.

I ordered food through the app for pickup at this location for 1:20 PM. Not only was the food not ready by 1:30 PM, but half of my order had still not been prepared. The counter area was messy, and there was only one employee making food.

My 2 young daughters and I wanted to try Chipotle while visiting in Sheffield, Ohio from Detroit, MI. The young man that prepared our food was very patient with me and my littles because we were new to this and one of my girls are very picky. We did have a slight miscommunication and the manager had to refund one of my meals. Both the young man and manager were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We left happy customers!!! They deserve 10 stars!
I placed a mobile order that should have been ready at 1:20pm. It is now 1:30pm and they still have not completed the order. This is not the first time they have done this.

Chipotlane took an hour and a half to get my food tonight. My order was lost in their system too when I finally got to the window luckily I had it on my phone. Lunch time I have never had a problem but this is my first time ordering pickup for dinner. Never again. Much better off going inside.

Multiple times ive ordered from here using their mobile order pick up option so I dont have a wait. Yet every time I am stuck waiting in a line that just isn't moving im. I end up waiting longer than if I went inside. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm, its 6:10pm and there are still 2 vehicles in front of me stuck waiting for their food. This is a CONSISTENT problem for this location

Usually good. I mobile ordered a bowl and they didn’t put my lettuce, mild, or corn but added sour cream when I didn’t even order it. It had my name on the bowl and bag so not sure if I got the wrong order on the line or what?
