I order the cheesesteak deluxe anytime I eat at Mr. Hero which is rarely. Yesterday, I order a cheesesteak deluxe and experience cramping last night nausea etc. I don't know if it was just to greasy or was there something else. Has anyone experienced this recently?

I have not been to a Mr. HERO for 15 yrs. They are usually outdated and gross. This place is clean, fresh, and totally updated. The food was great. I will be coming back.

I’ve tried the Chicken Philly at various Mr. Hero locations, but this branch truly stands out! The sandwich here was exceptional perfect. The cheese was melted to perfection , blending beautifully with the tender chicken and caramelized onions. 😋😋😋

I am a handyman not from the area and was on lunch break with a packed lunched. Kinnar was kind enough to allow me to warm my food up. Great human being. Please support this store.
BEWARE we went to MrHero in Sheffield on 254 (Mr. Hero #1275 Sheffield Village, OH 44054 Ph: 440-695-8433)for lunch when after ordering I seen mold on the ice machine my husband was looking for a table ALL were dirty. Then when we told the owners about the soda/ice machine they tried to refund the soda we were canceling our order because Lord knows what the kitchen looks like if the dining area is the way it is. The owner got mad and told us to look around before ordering next time. I'm I supposed to inspect your ice/soda machine too. The health department is closed till Monday so BEWARE. I would never bash an establishment, just trying to keep y'all safe. He was really mad at us like we run HIS establishment. (We got a full refund)

I recently visited the Mr. Hero location in Sheffield Village and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely great, and the store was spotless. The staff at the storefront were wonderful and really made my visit enjoyable with their friendly demeanor. They recommended I try the Waffle Doodle sandwich, and I have to say, it’s the greatest sandwich Mr. Hero has to offer! While I love the Roman Burger, the Waffle Doodle Chicken Bacon sandwich might just be my new favorite. The staff also mentioned trying their Nashville hot sauce sandwich on my next visit, and I’m definitely looking forward to that. Mr. Hero’s Roman Burger is already one of the best things you can find anywhere, and now I’d highly recommend trying both the Roman Burger and the Waffle Doodle. I can’t wait to come back!
