Worst panera bread i ever went. First the girl at the counter dont take order correctly and you just realise it when you are home and second they dont have the ingredient to put in your sandwich.

Hi, my son and went to the the Abbe Rd Ohio location to give you another chance, I wanted to try the new French dip, my son went and picked it up, when we opened the bag, they had given me the wrong dip some tomato dip,nasty. My son ordered a bowl of and a Baggett there was no Baggett.... Soup with no bread and dip sandwich with no edible dip.

So extremely slow. Ordered a large Greek salad and was given a small salad that was not even filled in its container and it is missed red onions. Service and food value is very low here.

By far the worst one I’ve been to. The messed up half my order. My Sandwich had zero to nothing on it. The service was terrible the girl had an attitude when taking my order at speaker, when I got to window I sat for almost 5 minutes before they even cashed me out. I’ll never go back to this location.

By far the worst Panera bread to go to they are slow as molasses the soups always cold. We were in line for almost 45 minutes without our order being taken then when we call in there, they were rude very disappointed never go back would not recommend ever for anybody, the freaking place was filthy on top of it and their excuse was all were super busy. What about three cars in the parking lot and the little kid who answered the phone the little boy was so disrespectful they should fire him.

Very clean and settle. A typical Panera bread experience. I always love to get the cheddar broccoli soup to help settle my stomach. My friend always likes to get her avocado blt. Great experience food was fresh and ready in no time.
Panera for all my pregnancy cravings!! Update: I have a bad case of laryngitis and the green tea with ginsing and honey is the bomb!!!!

How hard could it possibly be to work at Panera? Ordered here today and they forgot some of my stuff. Tried calling the store 3 times for refund. No answer. If someone would’ve answered the phone and made this right, I wouldn’t have resorted to leaving this poor review. But I guess if you order here just be prepared to not get what you ordered and just have to suffer the losses because they won’t answer the phone.
