This is the most slow Wendy's that I've ever been to the staff is all ghetto they have no manners and are disgusted that people are coming through the drive through hungry they have a sense of better things to do than provide me a food service with an acceptable tone or patience. I am actually starving and in between what I want and they have the audacity to be mad that I'm still ordering or taking my time to figure out what I want to spend my money on they closed my order three seperate times before i said i was finished and when i pulled around their manager was already at the window waiting for me and has the idea to talk over me instead of listen because they dont know how to be told theyre wrong

Surface was absolutely terrible. We waited 30 minutes and they did not even get our food correct and it was disgusting. Do not come. And I mean what even is on my chicken nugget?

Would leave 0 stars if able to. Placed a mobile order 4/6 and all the drinks were wrong, chicken was under cooked and they gave us the wrong burgers. The girl at the window gave us bad attitude over the drinks and when we asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes and laughed and gave us the ‘ fixed’ drinks completely soaked and messy around the cups. We asked for napkins to clean it before I brought it inside my car and she laughed again. The whole experience was terrible, the entire time we can hear them laughing and making fun of us. Management needs to have a serious talk about overall presentation of self infront of customers, and how to act in general.

Be very careful about this place. Placed an online order for three frosty’s and a chicken nugget. Got to the window and they were out of frosty’s. Guy asked if I wanted anything to replace those. I said no thank you , just cancel my order. He said ok and then it said I picked up my order and charge went through. Contacted Wendy’s support via email. Just a generic response that they will get back to me. Two weeks later, nothing! So I disputed with my CC. They are frauds here for sure! Management needs to train their workers better.
