I placed an order and the cashier repeated it back to me correctly and it was made wrong. Maybe if the girls would stay off their phones maybe they can make the orders right. This is why high school kids should not be working there cause they don't make the food right. I will never go there again

We drive here often and usually have always had a great experience an enjoy the great food and ice cream. However, I'm not sure what happened today. We drove about 25 minutes out of our way to enjoy food and ice cream. we waited about 15 min or so to make it through the line in the drive thru, placed our order. (A small ice cream, mushrooms, motts Stix, sloppy joe and a shredded chicken. We payed an was asked to pull aside, they would bring it out. We watched several others pull aside after us receive their orders and wondered what could be the hold up on our order? After 40 min, I decided to call in and ask if our order would be coming soon as we had never waited this long? A young boy answered an replied with, " Yeah, uh ummm..sorry about that but yeah we're workin on it, Thanks!" and hung up. About 2 minutes later they bring food out and the sides were both overcooked to the point of almost black an the chicken was cool an had become very dry and almost hard in some areas. We were not happy about this experience. Yet, we do understand that sometimes we are willing to wait for their great food when busy. This time it was horrible.
