Absolutely terrible customer service and quality. As a past employee of subway this really disappointed me. There was one girl at the counter (there was one man ahead of me and I was with a person) it took her 3 minutes to make 3 subs, one for the man ahead of me, one for me and one for my friend. We got our subs toasted, the meat was still FROZEN. We got veggies, all wilted or half bad. I originally ordered a specialty sandwich and was told I couldn’t get it because the girl didn’t know how to make it. A second employee walked in and was listening to a baseball game in his headphones and watching it on his phone actively while ringing me out. We both ate half our sandwich and threw the rest away. Absolutely filthy environment, terrible customer service

We choose here because they accept coupons and it's conveniently close to my parents house. Nothing about it is good, except you can get 3 footlongs for under 20$. Service is extremely slow, plan to wait 15+ minutes even if you have an online order. The bread is either stale or they only have 1 kind. They don't make the "sidekicks" correctly, they never have enough veggies prepped and always have to cut more while you are waiting. I do not recommend eating at this subway unless you have no better options or just use coupons.

The other day I came in during lunch to zero customers, and one employee sitting at a table on his phone. They were out of the bread I wanted, and had to wait for him to restock the vegetables. Really not a huge deal but it's always something with this location.. Today I went back for lunch, again no customers in the place. I told her what I wanted, and it took a solid 5 minutes to put gloves on and cut the bread. While I'm waiting I'm looking at the vegetables, not sure why they separate them when the workers just drop stuff wherever. The lettuce bin had cheese, onions and roast beef in it, and the spinach wasn't better. Thoroughly disgusting. This place needs a visit from the health department. Oh and of course after waiting, after she cut the bread, " oh we're out of roast beef." I just left. Will never return again.

They were out of spinach , they were out of guacamole , it was 11 o’clock they had no cookies made to serve their guest for lunch and they had none in the oven . my bread was super hard and stale. Very disappointed.

My experience was good! But I only had one thing I didn’t like and that was the cookies my boyfriend and I got this morning about like 10 something, and they weren’t done all the way, mine and his were a bit doughy still! But other than that the subs were good! And there were two young ladies working there!
