Was a customer for about 20 years until today. After ordering subs from the store and one wasn't made correctly I called in to have the sub made correctly. I politely asked for the manager. The lady that answered the call told the manager that if I was calling to complain about the subs to tell me to take my business elsewhere. That's when the manager got on the phone. I told her that I was glad I got to hear what they think of customers and I was calling because one of the subs was wrong. She said she would correct it and to give her 5 minutes and it would be done I said ok and asked her to have the owner call me. The owner calls me a few hours later and literally tells me that all she can do is talk to the employees. That's not good enough for me that cook should be let go. But instead of getting rid of a terrible employee who cannot even make a sandwich correctly or treat customers with respect, the owner chose to lose a long time customer. I wouldn't recommend going there to eat I wouldn't trust that the cook would get it right.
