I downgraded from a 4 to a 3. Pizza took 40 minutes to come out and when it did, it was burned and not edible. My salad was supposed to come when the pizza arrived. They let the salad sit on the counter where the wait staff bumped into it repeatedly. The side dressing (which was the wrong dressing requested) was spilled over the salad. We were very disappointed. They did make us another pizza which took about 15 minutes this time. However, we were surprised that they did not take the pizza off the bill or even just offer a dessert to make up for our lousy experience.
Original review: We like that there are a fair number of vegan dishes on their menu. The food is freshly prepared and has lots of flavor. Their veggie burger is very good, as well as their pizza. It is easy to modify their pizzas to be vegan. They have a lot of vegan side dishes too. The charred broccoli is a favorite of mine, but I do order it light on the oil because they use quite a bit. There are a lot of salad options, which can be modified to be vegan.
The service is good and the staff is very friendly. They are happy to make changes to menu items to make them vegan if possible. #Veganuar

We forgot to call ahead an ask if there's any large parties before we arrived. Waiting 45-minutes due to a 16-person party that's backed-up the kitchen, and still no food for us. It's a shame, we like eating here, but not at the expense of an excessive wait. Picking-up a frozen pizza instead.

Second time in a row I have ordered a burger to go and it has be severely undercooked. Which is a shame because I think they make a fantastic burger when it is cooked how it's requested.
