Never been to Antonio's before. Went after work at about 10p.m. on a Saturday. Decent time to go. Really good pizza. Expensive though but still good. Don't know why so many negative reviews, I'd go here again.

This was our second time supporting this business ,the first vist the food was great, on the second vist we ordered sise salad, pizza, wings we asked if we could get all flats and willing to paty the extra fee, was told they don't do all flats they just distribute them even 4flats, 4 wings, when we got our wings we had 2 flats and the rest drums, we were a lot disappointed with that fact alone, maybe will not get chicken there since they don't accommodate their customers. Plus the wings were just average nothing to really brag about, just to say in this competitive business you may want to reconsider adding all flats as a curtesy to customers, because little things like that says a lot about your customer service tactics, and to top it all off if I had not checked my order I would of not had my wings they didn't even have them with my order and said oh well my bad, and also the second time the pizza was doughy nothing like the first visit ,I guess it's a hit or miss with this place.

Always horrible customer service. Regularly forget to make food and while you're waiting they tell you it's in the oven, 10 minutes later they tell you what's in the oven again, 5 minutes later, it turns out that it was never made, but they don't even communicate that with you. Garbage, ghetto Pizza anyway.

I walked into this place to order a pizza to take home after work. They all looked at me and walked away. I guess they thought I was door dash because they were not trying to wait on me. That’s fine. I took my money next door to Charlie’s. Can’t treat customers like that✌?

Ordering a couple of pizzas for takeout is supposed to be a pretty straightforward affair. The poor quality of the pizza (Solon location) was only undermined further by the terrible lack of speed in providing it. I ordered over $45 of pizza, only to have it take an hour and a half to be created. While standing in the store, watching my pizza NOT be made, a pizza came out of the over at a rate of 1 per ten minutes. Dreadful. Yes, it was a Saturday night, so they were busy. Be better and get better people to staff. This is not the first time to have this happen. And no one offered to take money off for the poor experience, or for the poor food (overdone). Speaking of done, I am with Antonio’s.
I placed an order online yesterday for chicken, pizza, and salad. I arrived at the designated pickup time and they had not yet started on my order. After some confusion, the manager was summoned by one of the six workers and diagnosed the problem as a recurring issue with their online ordering equipment not printing out an order that had been received. Since this was a recurring problem, you would think they would have corrected it, but okay, technology can be tricky.
The manager, who always seems to be yelling at the workers, told me it would be 15 minutes. No apology, just repeated that it would take 15 minutes to prepare my order. I said okay, I will wait in my car and come back in 15 minutes.
I came back in 15 minutes later and was told my order was not ready. No estimate of when it would be ready and still no apology. The young man behind the counter seemed incapable of making eye contact with me. This was at 4:15 pm on a Friday. They were not busy.
Another 10 minutes later, I inquired if my order was close to being ready. The young man grunted affirmatively, again without any eye contact or apology for the delay.
After another 5 minutes (now 30 minutes past the original estimate from the online ordering system and 15 minutes past the 15 minute estimate from the manager), my order was finally ready. Still no apology for the delay.
I asked if there had been some delay in preparing the food that the manager had not anticipated. The young man again explained about the delay with the ticket printing out. When I clarified that was not the delay I was asking about, he offered no explanation.
I asked to speak to the manager again. I had not seen her since she gave me the 15 minute estimate, now 35 minutes ago. She seemed confused and again talked about the problem with the order not printing out. I again explained I understood that and that I was asking why her estimate of 15 minutes to prepare my order was so far off. At this point, she claimed she never told me it would be 15 minutes and that she didn't remember talking to me (it was a long time ago).
As I was walking out the door, she did finally apologize, while blaming her "new staff". I pointed out that it wasn't any of her new staff that had given me the 15 minute estimate and then disappeared. She continued to blame the staff and noted they have a lot of turnover (they do). I asked her why she thinks they might have so much turnover and she said she had no clue. Bingo!

Lots of recent negative reviews, but we had a great experience. We're from out of town and were told to try this place. I ordered the Detroit style, butter crust, and bruschetta pizzas. They were all delicious. The garlic twists needed more garlic butter. I would go there again.
