I wanted to have a nice good burger for lunch instead I almost got sent to emergency room because the burger was not cooked whatsoever. It was still mooing. Thank god i only took one bite and I looked that it was still very bright pink. I will never come here again and this has been my favorite burger spot for awhile.

My family stopped here for lunch yesterday. My wife ordered a black bean burger with a gluten free bun. After starting to eat, she suspected the burger might have gluten. The server said yes, it was made with bread crumbs. When I later asked why she didn't mention that when wife ordered the GF bun, she immediately blamed my wife for not asking. Rather than acknowledging a mistake, she became defensive and aggressive, and her coworker immediately began yelling at me for disrespecting her, and refusing to listen to anything I said.
Dietary restrictions: Allergens not posted - server knowingly paired a gluten free bun with a black bean burger that contained gluten, then blamed us for not asking first.

My husband and I were in Solon for an appointment and about an hour early. We asked the lady at the bank how the burgers were at Burger Fresh. She said they were fantastic, so we decided to try them. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. They were the best we have had anywhere for a very long time. I would highly recommend them

I haven’t been to this place in years. It’s nothing how I remember. My fries were burnt. My burger wasn’t good at all. They’re definitely over priced.It’s cooked fresh but that doesn’t mean it taste good. I don’t recommend you and I won’t be returning
