Went through the drive thru and got told tons of confusing instructions on how I need to drive half way around the building to receive my food. When I parked by the doors they told me to and went inside to wait for my food the only two people working there gave me a weird look. On top of this all the bun on my whopper was stale.

You guys hire the most ignorant people I have ever met. If some kindly requests something that they are willing to pay for and then comes to the window and kindly reminds them saying “how I’m getting on your nerves” is totally inappropriate. This Burger King is nothing but issues everytime I go through. The guy working was cool but the chick working I see exactly why she’s 40 still working at Burger King. Ain’t going to get any further talking about customers and being rude over some little stuff. You & your nerves need to head on down to the welfare office with that lack of professionalism

It's not a matter of IF this BK will close but WHEN! Service is abominable... Half the cash registers don't work, tables are not clean, management left packing supplies out on more than one table where they had apparently been working (?). I have just never been to a more poorly managed fast food restaurant (although there are Wendy's locations that rival it...)
Ordered two whoppers without mayo and ketchup. As ordered but both were at room temperature. Just lazy? Perhaps the Ohio health care people would be interested. Seems very dangerous to me. We could be sick and they could be out of business.

Customer service has declined. There have been several occasions where they have gotten order wrong and made me wait in drive thru while they serviced others instead of correcting my order immediately! Why should I have to wait for you to pour another drink without ice!!!!!!!!
