Hello everyone I went to this Burger King I got treated very poorly. First of all I asked a simple question asking does the double whopper have include chicken it took them 5 to 7 minutes to answer. They did not even tell me if it includes chicken or not. 2 they did not complete my order I ordered a double whopper and 2( 8) piece chicken nuggets . I only got one of the (8) piece chicken nuggets I went inside to confront the lady who gave me my food she started showing me attitude which I did not apreaciate then she ordered it she never said sorry to me after she starts making werid face expressions and hand gestures I will never forget this I will not recommend anyone to come to this place such poorly service and attitude

I came here with my daughter. The food was good and the girls at the counter were so nice! They even gave my daughter some ice cream which made our visit extra sweet. Thank you bk!

Damn good Burger King. Best whopper jr and chicken sandwich I've had in a long time đđ. Service depends on when you go but had great service today and the establishment was incredibly clean!

Worst experience ever. Not only did I not receive part of my order, what I did get is absolute trash. I will never go to another burger king again. How do you expect people to want to buy food here if this is the kind of quality you put out. And than to not receive everything that I paid for in my order. You've lost yet another customer. I recommend going to Wendy's next door. Not only is their food better but you get everything you order and pay for.

Excellent service! The manager always greets me with a warm smile. In my opinion, she understands the meaning of service. Every visit has left me smiling as I walk out.
Got a chicken wrap meal and both pieces of chicken in my chicken wraps were old and hard . Fries were fresh but the chicken was gross. Was just trying to eat something quick on lunch and couldnât even eat it . đ˘

Not sure how rate this but the last 2 Wednesdayâs, I stopped through the Solon drive thru. Both times I wanted a frozen coke but the machine was broken. When I got to the window the 1st visit, a young man was trying to see if he could fix it when the manager came over & started to yell at him. Last week, same thing, frozen coke machine still broken but this time the worker at the window wasnât feeling well & proceeded to tell the manager she wanted to go home & once again, she started to berate her to where I could hear! I told her if she felt the need to reprimand an employee to do it in private & not in front of customers! Itâs Wednesday so letâs see if that machine is fixed yet!!
