Mostly "bar food" and of average quality. Stay away from the eggs benedict (hard boiled eggs, minimal hollandaise), the rest was just ok. All had a nice presentation. We chose to go on a Sunday for brunch and many celebrations were going on so the noise level was higher than usual. The restrooms were very very cold.
The hostess was great!! The booth had crumbs and food on the seats. The server didn't offer us waters when we came in and we felt rushed to order. The bartender who had our drinks never washed her hands and made many different drink and grabbed many different bottles and handles - then stuck her bare hand in the jar of cherries in the bar to fish one out for our drinks. So gross! A male server came by and boxed up our leftovers (he wasn't our actual server) and was super nice.
Went with my husband 2 weeks ago. The food was great and the atmosphere cozy. The food was really good. We had calamari for our app. Came out nice and hot. Very good and not chewy. I had hot honey chicken sandwich and my husband had smash burger. Fries were hot and crispy. Top notch food. No complaints there.
Service was a mix bag. Our server while made sure our drinks were always filled, seemed to have other people bringing our apps and dinner. Another server even took our dirty plates and asked if we needed anything else. Then our actual disappeared when we had finished eating. It took a fair bit of time for us to get our bill. I don't know of things were going on behind the scenes but it was a little annoying.

Not a regular spot for us, but always hits. Recently got the cauliflower bites appetizer, steak frites, and a smash burger take out and they were so fantastic. Smaller menu- but everything is fantastic.

Server was nice. Cauliflower Bite apps were delicious. Our 2 smash burges took forever to come out. When they did, we had issues with both. One had pickles after we asked for no pickles. The other was raw. No manager came over to apologize or check in after the only 2 meals the table ordered were sent back.
Always a nice place for happy hour or a simple meal. Great drinks at the bar thanks to Jim and Chad.
You always feel the love from those that work here. Love the fish n chips and that coleslaw and jalapeño tartar.

Been coming here since they opened. It used to feel like a neighborhood hangout — great vibe, great people.
Came in with my family over Christmas. Half the place was empty but they crammed us between full booths. Music was awful for the season and nobody could change it because “corporate controls it.” Took forever just to get acknowledged.
We left before drinks.
This used to be part of the community. Now it feels like a chain that forgot why people ever cared.

I’ve had great experiences at this place before. The firewood shrimp is still the best ever, and I had my first French dip here, which was amazing.
Unfortunately, yesterday completely ruined the experience. While the shrimp was still great, we ordered shrimp carbonara and it was very disappointing. The noodles were hard, and the shrimp was extremely salty, almost inedible. Since we were having a nice family moment, I chose not to complain.
Then it started snowing, and it was the first time my baby girl ever saw snow. I stepped outside through the patio door, thinking it was allowed (there were no signs saying otherwise). It was one of the sweetest moments of my motherhood, and I came back inside to share it with my family.
When I returned, the bartender was extremely rude and said, “You cannot open this door.” I explained that I had just come from outside and apologized, saying I didn’t know the rules and meant no disrespect. Despite apologizing multiple times, she continued to be rude, threatened to call the manager, and said the door was only for emergencies, without any effort to communicate kindly. She just stared at me as if she didn’t care at all.
I told her three times that she didn’t need to be rude and that simple communication would have been enough. I had my baby on my lap, and there was zero empathy or professionalism.
I later shared the situation with the manager, explaining that I unintentionally opened the door, apologized, and felt very poorly treated as a paying customer. I’ve never been treated this badly while dining somewhere.
This experience was shocking and disappointing and left as soon as possible crying. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they are respectful, apologetic, and simply unaware of an unposted rule.

Took my team for a holiday lunch. The service was great and the food was good. I miss the old menu.
Our server Alley was kind, courteous, and consistent! She went over the top to serve us for our annual Christmas dinner! She did whatever was needed! We had such an enjoyable evening and she even topped it off with a nice champagne toast for us! I hope to go back and have her again.
The food was delicious and the drinks superb!
