Ordered a 10pc wing and paid full price. Only to find that not only was the BBQ sauce watered-down but I was missing some wings. I don't know if someone ate one or someone can't count. But returning to this one is pointless. For years I've always like Charley's and it's always that one store that puts a stain on the company's service and reputation.

Young lady at the register Laura very rude. Stood at the register for 45 second while she texted on her phone. You order boneless wings dry spice on the side and they charge you for your sauce but not if it’s in the wings. I asked why and Laura rolled her eyes and said idk. Ha. You ask for ketchup they look at you like it’s an issue. 2 meals with fries. You should definitely get more than 5 packets. Restrooms are terrible. Instead of Laura being on her phone clean up the paper towels on the floor in the restroom. Hey Laura if you don’t like Interacting with people maybe get a different job

Ordered lunch today and I got really SICK we ordered steak sandwich and chicken sandwich for my daughter. ? taste really good going down though............. ?

Very disappointed with my service! Being that I was on my lunch break, so I was crunched for time...I ordered a bacon three cheese, with extra mushroom. Cashier was checking through my food talking over it song is it mushroom on my sub and it wasn't. He was literally getting ready to finger through my food. I stopped him and then he went to get a glove. I told him no don't do that! They have me mushroom on the side after waiting longer. The biggest problem was when I got all the way to work my meat was discolored with what looked like pink marker of some such! Completely disgusted, I went without eating at all. Thanks Charlies! All the money I spend with you guys!

Great food, fresh and tastes good. The lemonade is fantastic. The staff is polite and my sandwiches were made as ordered. I got the chicken California sub and the teriyaki sub for tomorrow.

Very expensive I paid $9.99 for the sandwich and additional $7.00 for fries and drink for both me and my son. The food was just ok.
