Took our granddaughter here for her birthday lunch and we both ordered the French crepes. Most disappointing food I've had. No way were these even remotely French crepes.They were so hard, had to cut with a knife and over filled with strawberry jam. Also cold but served with warm maple syrup. Save your money...order something else. Very disappointing. Also only saw our server for giving our order and bringing the bill.

The food here is good. It is the closest thing I have found in the area to the Coney Island restaurants that are all thru Michigan. A little bit of everything, and breakfast all day. The servers are kind of hit or miss, as some are good and others either disappear or leave you waiting forever. It has always been busy when we went, but the food usually comes out pretty quick. The major con for us is just the prices on some of the items that seem high for what you get.

Came here for a corned beef sandwich. Out of CB. Really. You claim to be a deli. There is no deli, just a restaurant. Clone lox. Only in eggs. Why couldn't I get it on the side. Was hoping to find a place like Corky and Lenny's. This isn't it . Won't be back.

Food was okay, plenty of waiters yet when we needed something it took them awhile to come back over. During the time we were constantly looking at a bunch of workers standing around. If anything, go there for the corned beef. Definitely wasn't worth more than $20 per person

This place is like home, it's busy, with consistent staff. I have been coming here for years, always seeing the same faces, it's nice. Food is excellent and it's worth the drive just for the desserts and coffee. I highly recommend you try this place. Excellent food, excellent service, wonderful staff.
We have been waiting to go to the infamous Chicago Deli Restaurant. We waited a bit before someone acknowledged and greeted us. We were set down straws thrown on the table and the person walked away period not sure what her role was. However, you can tell perhaps this wasn't her responsibility.And she got to sit down so that she could quickly attend to something else. The service was okay. Food sat under heat lamp over 10 minutes, we had a clear view of the cooking area. The food was okay. Not sureIf it was a off day because it was the day before saint patrick's day which is a huge deal.
