They got me and my sons order completely wrong and this is the 4th time, literally. I think their young staff just rushes and doesn’t read the orders correctly. Chic Fil A is supposed to be fast and friendly, but also can we get the orders correct? Then it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. They put the wrong cheese on our sandwiches, bacon on my sons instead of mine, made my sons a deluxe and it was just a number one…. I’m so annoyed. And then you feel rushed if you sit there at the window and make sure your food is right but I’ll never pull off again without making sure.
