It completely amazes me how this Chick-fil-A is unable to get orders correct. Two others I pass frequently don't seem to have an issue but unfortunately they are only convenient on my way home.
The receipts are correct but the food is wrong around 50% of the time. And if the food happens to be correct, something else is missing probably another 20% of the time.
If they can't get one or two meals correct they will not be getting catering orders.
Customer Service explained again the policy and produre is that complaints always go back to the same operator that runs this store and to nobody else (so apparently the protocol is no accountability).
Many of us have learned to go 5 minutes out of our way, even if the food is slightly lower quality, because orders are correct.
And in theory they could be so much better, just like other Chick-fil-A's.

My brother ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came out with the cheese, not melted at all. This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. She took it into her own hands to hand-deliver a piece of melted cheese to my brother. Excellent service
