My brother ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came out with the cheese, not melted at all. This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. She took it into her own hands to hand-deliver a piece of melted cheese to my brother. Excellent service

Parking: This place is always crowded because the service is good.
Only two cars in the drive-thru ordered one chicken sandwich got sent off to another parking spot waited there for eight more minutes after I ordered already so probably about 10 minutes in since I ordered. Only to walk in and ask for a refund still not having received my sandwich to seeing three workers standing around one register talking
