Service was a bit slow. I got out of the drive thru and went inside. I stood waiting for about 2 minutes and had to walk back around to get the attention of the cashier's who were chatting and not paying attention to customers.
They kept my credit card and forgot my drinks. had me wait in the reserved space for 3 minutes for 2 drinks after giving me my food...huh? Drinks? Food got cold by the time in got home. Do better.
This place is the best. I get better service at this fast food chicken joint than I do anywhere else on the East side of Cleveland. This place is spotless! Food is fast and fresh. The help is friendly. They collect your trash and take it away. They even handed out flowers on Valentines Day! I feel like I’m in a movie every time I’m there. This is just another reason why Solon is number one!Chris Beard

I've never seen this location without a tremendously long line of cars for the drive through. My daughter ordered food online. Just as busy inside, although nobody apparently actually eats inside. Crazy.

Paul (older gentleman) was AMAZING. Very friendly and sweet. He was very helpful on getting us our very large work order and made sure we were helped in a timely manner. He even helped carry the rest out to the car. I also saw him carry out an order for a lady that was waiting a little for dine in. Everyone did a great job of getting our order out very quickly. Thank you all so much!! 2/8/24 @ 12:15 pm.
