I ordered for delivery for veggie bowl and my order was missing many items. When we are at work we order from chipotle for heartfull meal and not a dish that looks like it’s leftovers.

this place actually blows the servings suck especially if you order online the al pastor was extremely spicy to the point i couldn't eat more then 2 bites of the food the workers smell like weed and a few hours before closing they blast extremely inappropriate rap music it sounds like a club and the workers are extremely rude

I almost never write bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. The staff were disrespectful to nearly every person in the restaurant. This was at about 6 pm on 4/3/24. I would have thought it was just a bad day, but the last time we came here the staff were quite snappy, as well. We won't be coming back and I recommend others stay away, as well.First, the lady in front of me asked for sour cream on the side and the lady serving it didn't listen so she put a big glob on top and when the patron asked for it on the side she said "I didn't hear you, too late" and just boxed it up. She also rolled her eyes when the lady's daughter asked for the tortilla that they had ordered (it got set with my order on accident).Then when I asked for a steak burrito they were very snappy saying "we don't have any" and just glared at me while I tried to pick something else. She put a MASSIVE glob of sour cream (enough for about 3-4 servings) in my bowl when I asked for only a little. I asked her to put cheese on the side so that I could scrape the extra sour cream off and she just tossed it on top instead. She barely put any cheese on my burrito and said she was going to charge me for extra (she put twice as much in the bowl), kept trying to put things on the burrito that I didn't ask for, and then got mad when the burrito was juicy from the salsa so she had to get another tortilla.Lastly, there was a woman who asked for a gluten free bowl and the cook was nearly shouting at her that "I'm not doing that for you. I'd have to shut down everything which I don't have time for and I don't care." There were only three people behind her, it wasn't like there was a massive line. She even sounded like she was willing to wait, but he just kept saying he didn't care and wouldn't serve her. If he truly couldn't do it, he could have been much kinder in explaining it instead of shouting at her from the cooking station in the back.I've worked in customer service before and I would never even dream of treating my customers like this. I would complain to corporate, but they have a 1 star rating, which tells me they clearly don't care, either.

Probably the worst chipotle to ever exist. Everyone is so rude & obnoxious. I told this one lady to put extra cheese in because she literally puts in like 2 small strings. She looks at me and continues to add like 1 small string of cheese in the bowl. I ask her for a side guacamole and the small plastic thing isn’t even a quarter filled up. Ridiculous people. You don’t even get the quantity for what you’re paying. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anybody. If you’re from the Solon area go to the bainbridge chipotle because at least they can fill your bowl up. These people here are so cheap like they’re having to make the cheese themselves.

Years ago this was one of the best Chipotles around. But now you should just drive to Twinsburg or Beechwood. They constantly skimp on cheese, and if you want more they charge you a $1.50 side fee just to get a normal amount. The food on weekends is simply bad, everything is overcooked or over salty like it's left over from the week. Plus they blare loud explicit music behind the line. During the week is better but same issues with quantities. Really wish it was better, hopefully someone can do something about it.
Ordered a salad today with a drink on the app. The pic is what I received. It was missing the salad dressing, and the cup for the drink. I was basically screamed at to ask the girl at the register. To top it off, it was placed on its side, so all the fluids from the salsa and beans leaked all over my front seat.

Ordered two bowls and one burrito!We got home started eating and found very sharp bones in the bowl chicken unbelievable and also make sure your sitting down found a hair in the other bowl absolutely disgusting I will never again eat Chipotle! What is wrong America we are better than this these young people better get it together they don't care sloppy service no care at all And good luck trying to call there you can't speak to a manager Good luck
