Extremely rude staff. Placed two pick up orders and they closed earlier than 2pm so I was unable to pick it up. I called the next day and was told I could still come in to get it. I showed proof of my order once I got there and the one worker kept saying there was only one the previous day that wasn’t picked up. Even with me showing my order. I stepped to the side to let them take other orders while I waited for mine and the worker in the back was clearly talking about me to her other coworker. I do not recommend going here.
Also would like to add the staff stated “closing at 2pm means we are walking out the door at 2pm”.

Quite busy on the Sunday we went. Line was a bit un organized. Don't come here for coffee. If anything comes here for a dessert bagel with their variety of different flavored cream cheeses. Their breakfast bagels are something less to be desired. Very chewing, my jaw definitely got a workout

I stopped at D&R Bagels recently and ordered a hashbrown, and unfortunately, it was really disappointing. It came in a soggy bag, completely greasy and sitting in oil & leaking oil through the bottom. It was limp and unappetizing. For a bagel spot, I was hoping for something hot, crispy, and fresh, but this was the opposite. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t order the hashbrown here again.

The food is below average quality, but the workers are the worst part unfortunately. Everyone there seems miserable, and it’s reflected on the service. After waiting 25 min for a bagel, I finally had to ask if they can check on the order. They gave us a death stare for asking nicely, then proceeded to say they gave our order to the wrong person. An update or apology might have been nice. The bagel was missing what we ordered but it wasn’t worth going back in. Won’t be returning.
The oatmeal was terrible. Worst oatmeal that ive tasted Very much overcooked, and I was so dissapointed.

Very fast service, the team was very helpful and got my food to me with minutes. Bella was very helpful and showed me multiple deals to lower my pricing. I will be coming back. Their Greek omelet is the best thing to get! Hash browns are seasoned well. Bagels is full of cream cheese!!!
