Very fast service, the team was very helpful and got my food to me with minutes. Bella was very helpful and showed me multiple deals to lower my pricing. I will be coming back. Their Greek omelet is the best thing to get! Hash browns are seasoned well. Bagels is full of cream cheese!!!

Disappointing Experience - Unsafe Conditions and Limited Options
My wife and I, currently expecting, visited D&R Bagels in Solon at 1:20 PM, 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time. We were shocked to find the floors completely wet from mopping without any warning signs, posing a serious slipping hazard. The staff seemed more focused on closing tasks than serving customers; one was sweeping the back while ignoring us, and the other informed us that the grill was closed.
Despite our arrival well before closing time, it felt like they were more interested in shutting down early than providing quality service. We couldn't help but wonder how much business they might be losing due to this lack of willingness to take incoming orders. Sadly, this visit fell far short of our expectations and left us hesitant to return.

Thank you to everyone at D&R Bagels & Deli for take me such good care of our large group on Saturday June 21st. A special big thank you to the server who took care of my large order of pastries and bagels. Especially thank you for wrapping the sandwiches, pastries, and bagels up. This morning I had one of the bagels for breakfast and it was nice and soft and delicious. My sandwiches pastries and Bagels traveled well back here to Jacksonville Florida. It's a shame when you have to travel all the way to Solon, Ohio from Jacksonville to get great Deli and pastry. You all are absolutely wonderful.

Went today to have a breakfast sandwich for lunch (egg and corned beef with cheese on plain bagel. Showed up at 11:45am, not very busy at all. Sandwich was excellent. Think I walked out paying around 7$

Painfully slow service for Monday morning. Waited 15 minutes before work with 2 people in line in front, understaffed and staff moving extremely slowly. Online orders have priority and in person customers are put in the back burner. Decent bagels but wouldn’t return

I have been a loyal D&R Bagels customer for over 20 years. Recently I noticed that most of their Bagels are no longer kettle boiled. ( Note their claim on the website ). Perhaps the new owners thought that no one would notice. We do! Very sad! Every bagel tastes the same but with different toppings. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff but to no avail. To make matters worse, I'm not sure if these new owners are getting my feedback nor care. Please bring our kettle boiled bagels back as per your advertising. This is why I've been a long standing customer. The service is still very good but ... The bagels are not.
Our family has loved D&R bagels for years…however, we noticed that they recently changed bagel recipes. The old bagel recipe was so much better. Disappointed with the new recipe and hope that the new ownership considers going back to the old recipe!

When someone finally came to take my order, they could see from my expression that I was annoyed and they asked what was the matter. When I explained I had been waiting a while and hadn’t even been acknowledged she said, “well now I’m here”!

My family grew up in Solon. We decided to meet here for breakfast on our way out of town for old times sake and we were all so disappointed with the experience. It took 35 minutes for our food to be ready. Neither of the bagels I ordered as double toasted were… they were both barely toasted. I had to send the egg salad sandwich back because there was barely any egg salad, the veggies were gross and brown, and I was incredibly disappointed. We do not plan on coming back, which is extremely unfortunate because we always had such great memories from this place growing up.
