I was so pissed off today at how they tried to rip off customers. I have been coming to this place a lot of times but the last two times it was horrible. I recommend this place to a lot of my clients in Solon area hoping they will get some business. What happened was I ordered rice cake (tobbokki) and I got less than half of the container. I only got 4 pieces of rice cake and 1 piece of fish cake and an egg. I came so many times so I know how much a portion should be. It’s sad because while you were trying to support local business and you ended up being ripped off. I’m sorry but i’m not going back here.

Ive been coming here for a few months now. It started great as the food was decent that i dont mind driving half an hour out. A few times recently they have messed up ( or missed out) some of our order and I’ve let them know couple times don’t sweat it but we have missing this and that. But this Tuesday afternoon was confirmed my last time eating there. We have arrived around 5 to dine in. Walked in there was only another table of 4 getting up to leave. Ordered a shrimp dumpling, a salad, a beef tartare, an edamame( they used to have), and kalbitang. She repeated everything ive order right after ive said but not read through my order once after in conclusion. I’ve started eating around 20 mins in and my partner was waiting for his beef soup which never arrived. The banchan ( side dishes) never arrived. We was wondering how come a Korean restaurant don’t serve banchan. Was later been told because we have only order appetizers, therefore banchan was not served. There were two of us. I got the salad ( dont know price) the shrimp dumpling( $9 something) and the raw beef tartare ($28 something) for myself and my partner were getting his beef soup with rice. I have eaten all 3 items, was even eating slower to wait on and his still not come out. We waited and waited more than 30 mins for our lady server to come by to ask for updated but she never came. She later brought out our check and then apologizing but we were drained and felt mistreat at that point so we just left and i dont even finished my food. So far i have come here very often almost everyweek and bring friends here but seems like they don’t want our business. I’ve asked my friends and they all felted being unwanted. Anyhow id still wished your business the best of luck and hopefully no one else will be treated the way we did.

Went for lunch and had the bulgogi and kimchi chigae. The bulgogi was served on a beautiful tray that was warmed by a tea light underneath to keep it hot. The kimchi chigae was delicious and had a lot of pork and tofu in it. They served it with six different banchan: pink rad dish, yellow radish, marinated bean sprouts, mashed potato, kimchi, and fish cake. The service was quick and friendly. Our server even made suggestions on which banchan made the best flavor combinations! Everything was delicious! We will definitely be coming here again.

As a Korean family - this is THE best Korean BBQ in the greater Cleveland area. There is no better place and we've been to all of them. Best quality of meat with great marbling. They cook the meats at the grill for you and bring you side dishes and dipping sauces. Amazing service and ambiance. Pro tip: If you come with huge eaters, make sure you order rice, noodles, soup dishes too cuz your bill will be pricey if you just order meat. Everything is absolutely delicious and try the Korean soju (liquor kinda like sake). They're meant to be taken as shots but because they are lower alcohol content, it's way more social and fun. They come in flavors too and pair great with BBQ meat. This is a great place for families and bigger groups to try something different.
