Yikes! Staff is super unfriendly and unwelcoming which I wouldn’t even have cared that much if it didn’t make that uncomfortable. I walked in and the two people working there were just staring at me. I was looking at the menu trying to decide and still not a word from them, just still that blank staring. Coffee wasn’t even that great either. No tip for them and I guess I’ll be going back to Starbucks

I got a cake pop, pricing was super reasonable and taste was fresh. Staff greeted us as soon as we entered. I got a latte, it was very delicious. The shaken espresso my boyfriend got was also very good, espresso was strong but not bitter.

I work in Solon only a couple of days a month, and this is the only coffee shop I’ve tried so far. The coffee and food are really good. But I’ve noticed the staff just isn’t very friendly. I didn’t want to judge too fast, so I waited until my 4th visit to write a review. Every time I thought maybe they’re just having a rough day? But today I honestly felt uncomfortable and a bit unwelcome. The attitude just felt off.
I love the food and drinks here, but I really hope the customer service improves.
