Ordered a banana split. Just a few minutes later sat down to eat a soupy mess ( literally) all flavors had blended together and had all 3 flavors completely melted. Maybe because there was hot fudge and they put a lid on. This is the second time it has happened from honey hut. Other places I have ordered from I've never had this issue. Just a waste of money.

It’s was cool customer service was alright had better. The strawberry shortcake was nasty it had these little candy pieces that would be better without it but you get a lot. I wouldn’t come back there’s better ice cream spots around ngl

What ever happened to customer service? I placed an online order for my son and I, and arrived promptly to pick up our items in 15 minutes. Since I was able to park directly in front to see inside (plus prepaid for the order) I sent my son inside to pick up. My son waited in line behind the customers that were paying for their items. Another couple walks in, and we're immediately greeted by the cashier skipping over my son. My son becomes frustrated and comes out saying, I don't know what to do the people just cut in front of me. I go in myself...there is a lady counting cash at the register. No hello I'll be right with you....absolutely nothing. I stood there for about 3 more minutes. Then already agitated because of how my son was treated, I asked for my order. This was very poor customer service in my opinion. I have been going to this place since they opened and have never seen them treat customers this way, but this is totally unacceptable.

We love Honey Hut ice cream but find that the Solon location closes before their posted hours frequently which is a shame. If you're going to turn off the open sign and clean at 9 pm, then just make it the official closing time.
