What ever happened to customer service? I placed an online order for my son and I, and arrived promptly to pick up our items in 15 minutes. Since I was able to park directly in front to see inside (plus prepaid for the order) I sent my son inside to pick up. My son waited in line behind the customers that were paying for their items. Another couple walks in, and we're immediately greeted by the cashier skipping over my son. My son becomes frustrated and comes out saying, I don't know what to do the people just cut in front of me. I go in myself...there is a lady counting cash at the register. No hello I'll be right with you....absolutely nothing. I stood there for about 3 more minutes. Then already agitated because of how my son was treated, I asked for my order. This was very poor customer service in my opinion. I have been going to this place since they opened and have never seen them treat customers this way, but this is totally unacceptable.

We love Honey Hut ice cream but find that the Solon location closes before their posted hours frequently which is a shame. If you're going to turn off the open sign and clean at 9 pm, then just make it the official closing time.

Honey Hut is a classy family favorite. You can't go wrong pleasing a crowd with desserts.Milkshakes are a favorite of mine! And there are plenty of scoops, sundaes, and floats.Their staff is eager to delight and they deliver a smile and a big thank you as you leave. I love feeling welcome.Inside of store seems outdated and very plain inside lobby area. Spruce up is needed. This place could thrive with a remodel.
