It’s was cool customer service was alright had better. The strawberry shortcake was nasty it had these little candy pieces that would be better without it but you get a lot. I wouldn’t come back there’s better ice cream spots around ngl
We love Honey Hut ice cream but find that the Solon location closes before their posted hours frequently which is a shame. If you're going to turn off the open sign and clean at 9 pm, then just make it the official closing time.
I am not a big fan of ice cream but this ice cream ? is so good. The customer service was excellent they knew all the ice cream’s and what would be my favorite. Thank you for being nice you don’t get that much anymore.
