My son & I stopped in on a Friday at 2PM. Stopped in for a late lunch. The place was empty, 4 at the bar & 3 other tables that I could see. I haven't been to a LS in many years & my son never. He got the NY Strip, came with rice pilaf & a bottled beer. I got an appetizer, some spicy chicken rolls thing & a baked potato, water. He was happy with the steak & said he had just a good a steak at swankier, more expensive steak houses. Our bill was just $48 Issues- The butter served with the bread was hard. No butter knives. But the steak knives were 1st rate. We wondered how many of those went missing every day. The service. We were there much longer than was needed. Our waitress, when we finally got the bill, explained they were having a meeting! Lady, you had customers to take of who needed you! You weren't there. Dirty hostess station. Overflowing garbage can. The cleanliness of this location is appalling! Upon entering the restaurant, would not have prepared me for the sight beyond the hostess stand. Trash literally on the floor and staff walking over and on it like it's okay and still proceeded to do so when it was mentioned. While I understand being short staffed and busy, it also takes a moment to clean an area to make it more presentable than this. No effort to pick up the big items or silverware on the floor.
While, we could have left, we decided to stay for two reasons (1) it was late and most restaurants were already closed on a Sunday evening and (2) our server Olivia did her best to accommodate our group. We do appreciate her service. I only gave 3 stars because she also did not try to clean up the area and proceeded to walk over and on trash on the floor.
The kicker...the woman's restroom was out of order as told by staff "someone blew it up" and from another customer it was literally "poop" on the floor. That was the icing on the cake for me.
We as customer's can do better to not be so messy but I also expect restaurants to take the time to clean. While the goal is to seat everyone quickly, I'm sure we all would have been fine waiting an additional 10 minutes to make the dining area a bit more presentable.

This was a birthday disappointment. I really like Longhorn too. This had to be a bad chef day. Our food was not seasoned especially our steaks. Ribeye was so Smaller than usual. Our baked sweet potatoes were burnt. My daughter’s steak was a total disaster. She asked for crusted Parmesan they really piled it on. Pretty much too sickening to eat. Solon location, not sure what was going on last week. We Probably won’t patronize this location again. I understand a bad day but the entire table that was a bit much. They offered a new round of steaks however by that time it was closing time. We usually don’t select Longhorn as a birthday dinner first choice however we did this time and what a disappointment. We should have went to Delmonico or Harry Steak house both of these places are delicious and experience was wonderful!

Not good. Three if four meals were cold and not cooked correctly. Took so long to remake that we took it home. Still made wrong. Hoping I don't get sick! Update 1/26/25 Went there tonight with a gift card. Food was cooked as ordered. Ribeye was a bit cold. A bit better experience but still not a redo.

We've been long time customers but probably won't be returning to the Solon location.
I ordered a carry-out this time. My husband ordered porkchops with broccoli and he upgraded his side to the strawberry salad. He said the porkchop and broccoli had absolutely no seasoning. I had the strawberry salad with salmon on top. It was OK. This location is hit-or-miss. It was late on a Sunday evening. There weren't very busy on this night.

This my weekly place as I go either with my wife or other friends, The only reason Im giving 4 stars cause sometimes we have to return the medium cooked steak to be cooked as we ordered “well done”. One time we returned it, they put it on fire for too long and came back super dry. Other than that, the waiters are very friendly and check on us few times, prices as expected to be and portion is very good.
