Steak ordered medium came out well done with hair on it. Took 20+ minutes to be remade and came out raw. Boxed up and paid for a meal we didn’t fully eat.

Food was horrible meat hard, potato no taste / cold, salad 🙏 and fork spoon and knife was loaded with hair had to use plastic Manager was onsite waitress did her best. No eye contact period!! My Dogs enjoyed their steaks!!

I placed a catering order with them for a staff lunch. Diane is as super helpful and easy to work with. Since their catering menu isn’t on their site, she was kind enough to email me a copy. Communication while placing the order was on point. When it was time to pick up the order, she had everything ready to go on time. The food was hot, and delicious. Would definitely recommend this location for any catering orders!

I had a very easy time ordering online and my food was ready when I arrived at the specified time. The steak was majorly UNDERCOOKED, completely RED all throughout and very RARE not medium and pink. The flavor of the mushrooms was good. I think it would have been better to dine in to get a better experience.

We thought the ratings were low but I decided to go in anyway because I really like longhorn the one in Columbia I never went to however I went to the one in New York the food was great and it was a long wait also it took time because it was extremely crowded but well worth the wait . This one was supper friendly and the service was top notch everything was good and everyone was willing to help how grand we couldn’t want for nothing I had the ribs and the loaded potato and the Rosted brussel sprits one of my favorites LOL my friends two had the pork chops and the other baked chicken plus different sides we also had the salad and the chicken wings the best in a long time at any restaurant Aldo the spinach dip and pita bread also the lava cake and ice cream and the strawberry cake I believe what a feast five stars for us the atmosphere was so warm and inviting thank you longhorn and staff. You gave us the best .
