I love bringing my 4 year old here for ice cream and coloring. The ice cream is always delicious - and the atmosphere is top notch. I love the fresh floral arrangements, stylish decor and train. My son loves the coloring station and chance to just relax while he enjoys a treat

Everything here was perfect! I highly recommend the Taster’s Duo, which offers the best value for money. All the flavors were delicious, but the salted caramel and the mango were standouts! Go during the afternoon - the place is empty and the service is top-notch.

There's a cute little train going around the ceiling, and there's a whole kids' table with chairs low to the ground and coloring options. Such a cute little place to get a treat! And nothing tops Mitchell's ice cream!

Love their ice cream. Staff is always really kind and efficient. Was super excited about the Autumn Caramel Apple, as it's my favorite seasonal they have, but the amount of nuts has easily tripled, and that's basically all it is. Their mango sorbet is SO good, always my go-to. All that is to say we are regular customers and will continue to be.

One of our favorite parts about coming to visit the Cleveland area is coming to Mitchell’s. It might have been a chilly fall afternoon but it’s never too cold for ice cream in my mind. We came to this location because it was the closest. It was spacious and clean. The staff let us sample plenty of flavors and were all friendly. I highly suggest you get the peppermint fudge sundae while it is in season.

We had to leave the park due to a deluge and headed to Mitchell’s with seven adults and four Littles six and under. On a Saturday afternoon we worried about crowding but we had no issues. Plenty of room, an area for the kids and fast and friendly service. We already knew the icecream is wonderful. We buy it weekly at Heinen’s. Everything was bright and clean as well.

I love this place! I hate the parking situation, but for Mitchell's I will deal with the stress that is the terrible parking! The staff are always friendly and attentive. The place is always clean! The ice cream is so good it should be illegal! I love this place!!
