While placing my order I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich to be toasted and wrapped separately.. not sure if the young lady who prepared the sandwich was new but I had to repeat my request twice to her.. then while waiting another person came from the back and began to finish the order the first young lady didn't tell him nor did the cashier put the request on the ticket.. I had to tell him twice as well which made it seem like I was being unreasonable.. it was a little frustrating to not have anyone listen at all .. after getting the meal I took a bite and they had put a sauce on the sandwich that had some type of sweet cinnamon in it.. otherwise the food was ok

Panera‘s food getting worst…day by day.the chicken noodle soup extremely salty…very very salty…it taste like from the can food.horrible !!!it doesn't look like the chicken from the left one.(see pic !) cant even finished this very small portion of it.

I ordered a salad from Panera and specifically deselected the chicken because I follow a 100% vegan diet for religious purposes. Unfortunately, they added chicken anyway. I had no choice but to throw the entire salad away. I can't go back to the store since I have to study and don't have time. Really disappointed — I expected more attention to detail, especially when dietary preferences are clearly indicated. When go to restaurants l expect the service to be more professional and more attention to detail, because this is a serious problem.

I can't speak on the staffing or situation, however when we visited, it appeared that the dining area had not been cleaned recently. There were a number of tables that had plates/trash on them and hadn't been wiped down in a while. Otherwise our food was good and the staff was kind.

My husband and I ordered delivery THROUGH the Panera app. Our order was delivered. When we opened our order in the kitchen it turned out to not be ours. We had ordered $47 worth of food not the $26 delivered. I called Solon Panera and spoke with the manager. Her attitude was cold and uninterested. I asked for our order to be delivered again. She said she couldn't do anything about it, it was doordash's issue and I would have to call them. Not very good customer service. I did call dd and they had to call her to confirm and then call Panera customer service. Panera customer service put my money on my account. No more delivery from Paneras. I will use the rewards and find another salad place. Yours Truly does deliver.

As a frequent visitor and fan of Panera, I am amazed that this location in Solon looks so tired, worn out and unclean.
The staff is decent, but I get the sense the owners of this location fail to understand what a turn off the restaurant atmosphere is. Even worse is the bathroom which is filthy. Maybe I'm wrong but it's as if they don't care.
Maybe they should visit other much nicer area locations to see what good looks like.

It has been a long time since I had been to a Panera Bread .Wow 2 sandwiches and 2 salads $32 Super expensive especially for what you are getting. The Asian chicken salad looked nothing like the pictures on the menu and there was nothing Asian about it Just some lettuce and deli sliced chicken. The sandwiches were surprisingly tasty considering they are pre packaged frozen then microwaved when ordered Staff is friendly and efficient and the place itself was fairly clean considering how busy they were

I waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes. It is ridiculous.

Drove up in the drive-thru one evening. The employee through the speaker explained that the drive-thru was for pick-up orders only. Thought that was strange but shrugged it off and parked. When going inside two employees where standing behind the counter looking at their phones. I guess I interrupted their TikTok time on the clock. They looked bothered that I walked to the counter to place my order instead of doing it myself. The best part was when one leaned into the other one to whisper "oh she actually came in to place her order" 😳 Um yes I did, I wanted a grilled cheese and tomatoe soup on a cold night, thank you. Moral of the story do not go to this location, their customer service sucks.
Went to this Panera for lunch and the food was good but the service was appalling and they forgot to give us our baguettes and our apple and then ignored us when we asked about it. This has been an unpleasant experience and then we did go back and another member gave us our baguettes but the two members that served us were disrespectful. Food was great but unfortunately the service was too disappointing and ruined the whole experience. Maybe next time sign your staff up for customer service training because they don’t have any of it.
