Doesn’t worth service sucks I will never go again I ordered bagels and cream cheese
She forgot to pack cheese and bagels taste old costumer service it’s better some where else

While they have wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere they make a mistake on my order almost every time I order.. I would still recommend this place but you might have to check behind them .

Had not visited this Panera Bread in a long time. Came looking for a cozy spot to read while having coffee and small bites. Here's the Plus/Minus of my visit on Sun at 5pm or so:
Plus: nearly empty; cashier was friendly; plenty of parking spots; near my fave ice cream store Mitchell's; near gym and highway; dining area and bathrooms were clean.
Minus: 1. Coffee was weak and pricey at $2.79 2. cinnamon roll tasted stale. 3. price of cream cheese $1.69 just for small amount for one bagel, crazy expensive, so I declined. 4. Music not my taste yet not surprising for Solon. I would have preferred no music. I inquired to the cahier about the room reservation process, she didn't seem to know much, yet implied it was simple with no advance notice or group party required.
It was difficult to hear the person taking the order.

When I told “ Courtney “ the manger, she simply said sorry! She refused to empty the coffee container. Had to call the customer service for 30 minutes to do that…

Dirty place! Found a fly inside the coffee! The store manager did not even change the coffee inside the container after I showed her the fly! Horrible experience!! Careless people about customer health!!

I ordered coffee to be delivered for an event and they delivered coffee almost 30 min earlier than the requested time and no one was ready to take responsibility.

While placing my order I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich to be toasted and wrapped separately.. not sure if the young lady who prepared the sandwich was new but I had to repeat my request twice to her.. then while waiting another person came from the back and began to finish the order the first young lady didn't tell him nor did the cashier put the request on the ticket.. I had to tell him twice as well which made it seem like I was being unreasonable.. it was a little frustrating to not have anyone listen at all .. after getting the meal I took a bite and they had put a sauce on the sandwich that had some type of sweet cinnamon in it.. otherwise the food was ok

Panera‘s food getting worst…day by day.the chicken noodle soup extremely salty…very very salty…it taste like from the can food.horrible !!!it doesn't look like the chicken from the left one.(see pic !) cant even finished this very small portion of it.

I ordered a salad from Panera and specifically deselected the chicken because I follow a 100% vegan diet for religious purposes. Unfortunately, they added chicken anyway. I had no choice but to throw the entire salad away. I can't go back to the store since I have to study and don't have time. Really disappointed — I expected more attention to detail, especially when dietary preferences are clearly indicated. When go to restaurants l expect the service to be more professional and more attention to detail, because this is a serious problem.

I can't speak on the staffing or situation, however when we visited, it appeared that the dining area had not been cleaned recently. There were a number of tables that had plates/trash on them and hadn't been wiped down in a while. Otherwise our food was good and the staff was kind.

My husband and I ordered delivery THROUGH the Panera app. Our order was delivered. When we opened our order in the kitchen it turned out to not be ours. We had ordered $47 worth of food not the $26 delivered. I called Solon Panera and spoke with the manager. Her attitude was cold and uninterested. I asked for our order to be delivered again. She said she couldn't do anything about it, it was doordash's issue and I would have to call them. Not very good customer service. I did call dd and they had to call her to confirm and then call Panera customer service. Panera customer service put my money on my account. No more delivery from Paneras. I will use the rewards and find another salad place. Yours Truly does deliver.

As a frequent visitor and fan of Panera, I am amazed that this location in Solon looks so tired, worn out and unclean.
The staff is decent, but I get the sense the owners of this location fail to understand what a turn off the restaurant atmosphere is. Even worse is the bathroom which is filthy. Maybe I'm wrong but it's as if they don't care.
Maybe they should visit other much nicer area locations to see what good looks like.
