While they have wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere they make a mistake on my order almost every time I order.. I would still recommend this place but you might have to check behind them .

While placing my order I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich to be toasted and wrapped separately.. not sure if the young lady who prepared the sandwich was new but I had to repeat my request twice to her.. then while waiting another person came from the back and began to finish the order the first young lady didn't tell him nor did the cashier put the request on the ticket.. I had to tell him twice as well which made it seem like I was being unreasonable.. it was a little...

I can't speak on the staffing or situation, however when we visited, it appeared that the dining area had not been cleaned recently. There were a number of tables that had plates/trash on them and hadn't been wiped down in a while. Otherwise our food was good and the staff was kind.
