While placing my order I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich to be toasted and wrapped separately.. not sure if the young lady who prepared the sandwich was new but I had to repeat my request twice to her.. then while waiting another person came from the back and began to finish the order the first young lady didn't tell him nor did the cashier put the request on the ticket.. I can't speak on the staffing or situation, however when we visited, it appeared that the dining area had not been cleaned recently. There were a number of tables that had plates/trash on them and hadn't been wiped down in a while. Otherwise our food was good and the staff was kind.

As a frequent visitor and fan of Panera, I am amazed that this location in Solon looks so tired, worn out and unclean.

The staff is decent, but I get the sense the owners of this location fail to understand what a turn off the restaurant atmosphere is. Even worse is the bathroom which is filthy. Maybe I'm wrong but it's as if they don't care.

Maybe they should visit other much nicer area locations to see what good looks like.
