Tonight was our first night trying this location and wow !!! The chicken was soooo good and the pizza ! And to the young man that held the door open for me and opened the car door thank you ! Your parents raised a great young man
I am both a customer and a doordasher for the Solon Papa John's. They are the best of the best on both ends. They are the most competent restaurant in solon. When I place a personal order, it's ready in 10 minutes, and I am never dissatisfied with the product when I receive a doordash offer from them, it's always ready within 5 minutes of me arriving. The staff is very friendly
My family and I order from Papa John's regularly. Steel is the person I usually deal with. He always greets me with a smile and is incredibly helpful. All the staff is friendly when I enter and the individuals by Steel collectively help with my order, bag my drink and open the door for me. I sincerely appreciate the collective effort and Steel's demeanor. The service is great and we are always happy with our order.
