I ordered a grilled club and asked for no tomato and there’s tomato on my sandwich. I also had fries spilled all over the bottom of my bag. When I had called earlier the workers hung up on me and were rude.

I came here several weeks ago and noticed the sandwich maker taking orders with his gloves on. He was touching the register that was visibly horribly filthy and then making sandwiches with gross gloves.
I decided to give it a second chance today although I'm not sure why. There was 1 customer eating and 1 customer waiting in line.. I left after waiting 30 minutes to place an order. During this time one employee was pacing back and forth. Another employee was making sandwiches with one bare hand and one gloved hand. The manager was peeling bread open, applying condiments and prepping sandwiches with no gloves at all.
After waiting 30 mins to place an order (with no line) I left and went next door for lunch. I will never come here again. I lost a half hour, but least I didn't get food poisoning. It's a shame bc Penn station is one of my favorite places.

THE WORKER WENT STRAIGHT FROM THE BATHROOM WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, AND STARTED PREPPING MY SANDWICH WITH HIS BACTERIA LACED BARE HANDS!!!
I placed an online order for pickup at the Solon, Ohio Penn Station, and arrived early. Due to the high walls, I didn’t notice at first that the employee preparing the sandwiches wasn’t wearing gloves. It wasn’t until he left the sandwich station and went directly to the bathroom that I realized he had been preparing sandwiches without gloves. I said to myself, I know this guy did not just leave in the middle of prepping my sandwich to use the bathroom. I tried to talk myself into believing he would wash his hands thoroughly and put on some gloves.
He came out about 30 seconds later WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, and after touching the BACTERIA-LACED bathroom door handle, he immediately began assembling my other sandwich WITH HIS BARE HANDS! I looked over the wall, and saw he was making one of my sandwiches. He placed it in the toaster and then went right back to the bathroom to finish whatever he was doing.
I walked out of there in absolute disgust and anger. As I was leaving, I saw an elderly couple walking in. I was so furious that I forgot to warn them that the person preparing their food IS IN THE BATHROOM AND WILL BE HANDLING THEIR FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.
If you're going to eat at Penn Station, do it at another location—and don’t let them direct you to the other side of the store to wait for your order. WATCH THEM AT ALL TIMES. Not only will I never order from here again, but I will NEVER order ahead anywhere, because had I not got their early, I would have never known how my sandwich was prepped. He might as well have used my sandwiches to scrub the toilet with them.

The ppl were ok. My daughter had an online order and she did not get all of her food and had to go back. The guy had it ready when she returned and seen her leave the first time without letting her know that all of her food was in the bag. Then A LONG STRAND OF BROWN HAIR WAS COOKED INTO MY CHEESE!!!!! I called and the Mgr said that they do not wear hair nets but they wear hats. My daughter said the cook did not have anything on. All he said was I'm sorry and seem to not care at all.

Awful! This location is horrid. No meat on my Philly. Ordering a large is normally a ton of food. The sandwich I got today was 1/3 of what I have recieved at other locations. Absolutely shameful! Close your doors!

I arrived at 1:49pm to get chicken phillysteak monthly special. I was told no meat available. I asked what could be done in its place. Both people said nothing can be done. I left.
I ordered a cheesesteak and normally they're good, this one was just salt, it was all you could taste. Like someone accidentally knocked the whole seasoning container into it. Instantly pruned my lips. I was starving so I had to drink half a gallon of water with it just to get it down.

Ordered sandwich person that waited on me finished a to go order took me order did not have on gloves when handling my sandwich and she was touchin the register screen to place ordersif they had no gloves she should've used SANTIZER !!!! manger should address tht issue !!!
