Impression: Seems to be a place for the younger crowd which we realized with those coming and going during our visit. As a 49 year women it was not the place for me, I felt quite out of place. I would describe the menu as "yuppie" or "uppity", not everyday people items or prices.
Cons: Can't tell if it's open as there is no signage and it's usually dark. The parking is ridiculous. Not sure why the company vehicles are parked in the only 2 or 3 spots by the building. We had to park out back down the hill which is one way and exits to the back of the bowling alley. Only one menu by the front, and customers hang out in front of it making it difficult to read.
Pros: The two ladies working were friendly enough.
I wish them all the best, but my $8 ice cream sandwich, that was honestly just ok, will be my first and last purchase.

Nicole was amazing with my kids!! They had the BEST time at her shop and declared it “the best day ever!” We drove up just as Nicole was returning from an event and she was so kind and generous. The Ice Cream Pops and Cookie Sandwiches were delicious! Thanks again!!
I went to the ice cream food truck. Most of the options were vegan. Loved it.
Had a great experience at Pop Culture! Such an adorable and cute place to enjoy one of their sweet and delicious treats either inside or on their cute outside terrace filled with colorful chairs and tables that I loved!
We had their Nutella and banana crepes with whipped cream, they were outstanding! We also tried their Oreo cake balls and one with walnuts and cinnamon that were delicious and super filling.
Finally, their crème brûlée popsicle was soooooo good, very different from any other popsicle you have ever tried and they have so many varieties and flavors to choose from! Even plenty of vegan options!
The service was outstanding and the owner was extremely nice with us explaining us and showing us the business. Such an amazing experience, can’t wait to go back!!

so cute and the ice cream is so good
First time to walk in with an online gift card that I got from Nifty, after the employee told me that it's acceptable she whispered to the owner to come later and mentioned that she doesn't have a scanner and she doesn't know how to use it, I had to cancel the order because of this treatment.
They need to be a little bit professional and honest.
The atmosphere and decorations are awesome.

Tasty! Nice decore, good variety of ice cream pops!
Still dreaming about the coconut and the cherry chip popsicles. Just the right amount of sweetness and high-quality ingredients.
We had our daughter’s birthday party at Pop Culture, and what a wonderful time! The kids ranged from age 3 to 9, and they all enjoyed making sundaes and pop corn balls. The space is so cute. The adults got to enjoy some time on the patio, and the kids had a space upstairs for all their crafts. Thanks Nicole for making our day special.

Celebrating small business week, decided to try Pop Culture CLE. It is a small but friendly gourmet ice cream shop. The young lady behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The presentation of my choice was great, and taste even better. I would recommend this spot for families, dates or if you just want something beautiful, different and tasty. Oh and the prices are reasonable.

I feel so bad for writing this review, but I have to warn others! I got the $9 chirro waffle thing with the optional $2 ice cream. For 11$ I was expecting something amazing. Unfortunate I received a microwaved waffle with cinnamon sugar and ice cream. OK, so I wasn't impressed, but I figured the waffle would taste amazing. Well... what happens when you put something cold on something microwaved? It turns rock hard. I was able to eat about half of the waffle. And it was nothing to write home about. It was chewy and dry. The other half was too hard to cut through let alone bite. The 2$ ice cream was the best part, and honestly, it was like anyone's vanilla soft serve. Perhaps their ice cream Popsicles are worth it, but I didn't try it. But I warn you, don't try the 9$ microwaved waffle!Side note: given I had to throw away half my waffle I was still hungry, so I purchased the 4$ Brownie. That was good and worth it.The photos were what was left of my waffle

You haven't had ice cream until you have the ice cream at Pop Culture. The endless flavors to choose from ( you have to try banana rum ice cream. It's one of my many favorite). The homemade cookies and cinnamon roll are also amazing. I wouldn't waste my calories anywhere else.
